- JGJuan Javier GraciaJul 2, 20261.0This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I called ahead and made a reservation with an employee named Ice, who specifically told me they had an F-150 available on the lot. I relied on that information, confirmed the reservation, and drove all the way to Americus, GA. When I arrived, I was told the truck wasn't available. Not only did they fail to honor the reservation, but no one had the courtesy to call or notify me before I made the trip. My time, gas, and effort were completely wasted because of their poor communication and lack of professionalism. What's the point of making a reservation if the vehicle isn't actually available and the customer isn't informed? This location needs to do a much better job communicating with customers and managing reservations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this Enterprise location to anyone.

- JJJesseMay 26, 20264.0The experience overall was pretty smooth. The one rental agent they appear to have was awesome. I needed to have this car to take my 10 year old out of town for major surgery. There was one issue I had (my own issue, not Enterprise's) that almost threw us an unexpected curveball potentially causing me to be unable to rent the car. The man figured out a way to make it happen in pretty short order. Also the type of car I reserved ended up not being there so he got me an upgrade at no additional charge. The only reason this location gets 4 stars from me instead of 5 is that they only appear to have one guy taking reservations, checking people in and out, and answering phones. Or not answering phones. I was never able to contact the location one time over the phone. I was always transferred to another location which doesn't help me. The employee at the location gets the 5 stars all day. The company gets 4. Quit running on a skeleton crew and get that dude some help and you'll have my 5 stars. Big shout out to my man holding it down solo at the Americus location.
