had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Old Milton Parkway. The service was fast, professional, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. A special shoutout to Daniel at customer service and Willie on the topside team. Both were knowledgeable, courteous, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I especially appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure to spend more money. They simply pointed out recommended maintenance items and let me make my own decisions. It's refreshing to find a service center that values customer experience and transparency. I will definitely be returning for future service and highly recommend this location.

Absolutely fantastic job, the only Name I got was Willie, but the whole team was clear and concise. Fastest oil change I’ve ever got in my life. Makes me never want to go anywhere else. All of them are super cool to talk to as well!

I've been having my 3 cars serviced at Valvoline in Alpharetta store. I love Jason, the store Manager. The most recent visit shocked me to the core! The service cost has gone up significantly. I brought the OEM filters & Mobil1 synthetic oils. In 2025, less than a year ago, I paid $33.40 with tax, after Jason graciously gave me $5 off. 2 days ago, I paid $50.59 with tax & same $5 off. Additionally, I could tell you have a new technician that spoiled the oil, left oil marks everywhere, including my hood. The great tech will go over the clean up before letting me drive away. It's very disappointing to say the least. I know materials have gone up. My parts (MB OEM filter which I bought directly from Mercedes Benz dealer & Mobil1 synthetic oil) hadn't gone up by 51.47% like your company. This has been very disappointing and unfortunately, with almost 52% increase in less than a year, I may have to find some other stores to get my cars done. Today, I got my Honda done at the Honda dealer with OEM & synthetic oil from the dealer + 29 points check for $56.78 include tax & inflated shop supplies, top up windshield, coolant, etc. It looks like there is more value I get it done at the dealer. It is not a make up number, can proof it with a receipt! Note that I don't need other services, such as tire pressure (I have nitrogen), no windshield water, no need for light & turn signal check, etc. Thank you for listening and sorry for the overcharged & while your prior value completely disappeared.

Jordan, Andrew, and Andre were all very helpful to get me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Check all the typical things and weren’t pushy about upselling wipers or air filters. Will be coming back for future service!
