Reclaiming your vehicle from impound

Proof of ownership, this includes one of the following:

*Original Title in your name *Original Title signed over on the back properly with your name printed on the back. *Current vehicle registration (VALID) *Bill of Sale from an individual, notarized, and dated less than 30 days ago.

PROPER ID, WE WILL ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING FOR ID:

*Drivers license (VALID) *Ticket/Citation issued by a form of U.S. Government printed with your name and issued less than 30 days ago. *Military Identification Card issued by U.S. Government. *Passport issued by U.S. Government (VALID)

SUSPENDED REGISTRATION

If your vehicle was impounded due to suspended registration you must show that your registration was reinstated after the date of impound.

INVALID INSURANCE

If your vehicle was impounded due to invalid insurance you must show that your insurance was reinstated after the date of impound.

CASH ONLY

On ALL impounded vehicles

CHARGES INCULDED:

Charges will include the following: *Towing fee *Administration fee *Daily storage If the owner of the vehicle is unable to retrieve the vehicle/or contents in person we will need an "Authorization for Release" and "Hold Harmless Agreement" form to be accompanied with the above items.     This morning, I had to have my Subaru towed from the side of GA 400, and Michael H. was the driver. He was extremely careful when loading my car and took the time to make sure there was no damage. I even rode along with him to the shop, and we had some great conversations along the way. Every time I’ve used United Towing, I’ve had a great experience, and today was no exception. Michael was professional, friendly, and took great care of my vehicle. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend United Towing to anyone who needs a tow!

    Great courteous service performed by Michael. My car was put at an awkward position on the highway and he was expedient with making sure I WAS safe before anything else. Afterwards, he safely secured my vehicle, helping me more than typical roadside assistance. United, especially Michael, will go above and beyond to help you in a dire situation. Highly recommend.

    Drivers blast erratically all over the road, in multiple lanes of traffic, in oncoming lanes and their dispatch will always make the excuse that “they’re on a fatality call”. Steer clear of these trucks at all costs, wanton recklessness from some red neck driving a 30k lb rig. And to be clear they will probably respond to this review with it’s a one time instance. I see the same behavior multiple times a day long the same route. Maybe the next wrecker service can drive to the fatality they cause more responsibly.
