  I got my tires here about a year and half ago. My two front tires were reading 25 psi and 30 psi. So I took it by there on my lunch break from work to have them see if there were nails in the tires. I’m going to preface this next part by saying I have my tires rotated every time I get the oil changed which is every 6k miles After 45 minutes the technician came out with a quote for two new tires, front and rear brakes, alignment, and air filters. He stated that the two front tires were worn and showing wires on the inside tread and needed to be replaced. I asked him how the back ones looked and he said the back ones are 50% worn so they are fine. I said well I usually replace all four at the same time but I can’t do that at this time. I then asked him if they fixed the current tire issue and to print me a quote for four new tires so I can budget them in. He said yes they were done and would be bringing my car around. I saw them pull it through the bay and go left. I then walked back towards the front door to stand on the curb. 10 minutes later, my car still wasn’t pulled around and I walked back in and asked the guy if there was an issue with it or if he had to test drive it. He said no he should’ve pulled up by now. At about the time his sentence finished my car appeared out front. The guy parked it and got out and said “I put air in your tires have a great day!” I got in and started it my tire sensor lights were still on and the psi in both tires was still the same. 25 in the front left and 30 in the front right. I was already late getting back to work so I called them when I got back in the office and asked if they had found nails in my tires. The guy told me “yes. They found a nail in both tires in and both were in the side walls”. Thankfully I work with a mechanic and we have a car lift in our warehouse for the race car. He looked at both tires. No nail in the front left tire and one nail in the front right tire…. NOT IN THE SIDE WALL but in a place it could be plugged or patched. No wires showing. Tread matched the back two tires at 50%. I have been coming here for almost four years. I will not be coming back to this location. I will be taking it to the tire discounters by my house instead to get the issue fixed and then I will go to tires plus or discount tires in the future. If you’re a female going to this location, be sure to have a man you can trust check everything and confirm it if you don’t know much about cars. If not, you’ll end up getting ripped off.

  I had to go here to buy two new tires because the proximity to where my tire was damaged on the road. I knew I needed two new tires so I opted to just purchase tires instead of seeing if one can be repaired. Everything went well until I left and discovered that none of my tire pressures were set to factory specs after paying for a rotation as well as two new tires. I was also missing the valve stem cap on one wheel. I had to have three wheel studs replaced due to cross threading from a previous repair shop. I was charged over $240 in labor for all work performed but yet that obviously did not include inflating the tires to the manufacturer specifications. Overall they got me back on the road but more attention to detail would have made this a better experience.

  Almost caused me to wreck. I had my front breaks updated prob 2 months ago. Ever since then my truck has been throwing a code of low break fluid. I have to top it off every two weeks. I brought it back today because that’s not right. They offered to replace the master cylinder under warranty because that’s where the break fluid leak was coming from”. I appreciate that. Got in my truck today after 5:00 drove off and had zero break pressure on the highway. Be ware. Probably won’t be bringing our company fleet vehicles here anymore.
