  My step dad set up an appointment for me here. Last time I was here I dealt with a guy named Cody and everything was quick and smooth. He was professional and seemed to care about the customers best interest more than just getting a sale. My most recent visit several days ago was nothing the same. I didn’t recognize anyone there and it took really long for basic service. And after 2 hours I didn’t get an oil change sticker or the reminder reset. There was a manager there named John who I felt very pressured by and I had to keep telling him I won’t make the decision without talking to my parents. He came across like I owed him a yes to something he was trying to sell. I let this go but recently saw other similar experiences and after talking to my parents I felt the need to warn others. I don’t know who this John guy is or why he comes across as so entitled but it shocks me someone thought it was a good idea for him to be in the position he’s in.

  1 Star Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. I came in expecting honest service and clear communication, but instead I felt like my time and money were wasted. The staff did not seem confident about what they were doing, and the issue with my vehicle was not handled properly. A repair shop should be reliable, transparent, and skilled, but that was not my experience here. I would not return and would not recommend this place to others.

  Absolutely disappointed with this shop. They were unable to perform a proper wheel alignment despite advertising the service. I spent money expecting a professional repair, only to leave with the same issues unresolved. It seems the technicians need better training before offering alignment and repair services to customers. In my experience, this was a complete waste of money, and I felt misled about their capabilities. Management should focus on properly training employees and ensuring they can perform the services they sell before taking customers’ money. I would not recommend this shop to anyone seeking reliable alignment or suspension work.

  One of the worst place to do wheel alignment. It is better to drive without alignment that doing it here. I would drove another 15,000 miles on my Tires but after doing wheel alignment here all four tires got damaged in under 300miles. ##Waste of money and time##

  Heavy duty Hotshot trailer and truck tires available here at good price. Lot of parking in back of shop 🙃 Doug was helpful and they have very professional team installing/working here seems like everyone owns the business that positive family feel with good quality tires at low price. Came for 1 tire but the price was good so got 2. Tire discounters is my go to place all over the country for new 16 ply trailer tires and F350 AT tires 🙃
