  RaceTrac is my favorite convenience store and I’ve been to so many across the state of Georgia; from Fort Olglethorpe to Macon, etc. Appreciate the covered outdoor, indoor seating at some stores —the RaceTrac atmosphere, employees are always nice and professional, stores, restrooms are generally clean. I also love the RaceTrac app that allows a consumer like me to save a bit of money on a variety of products, including hot food items and the fuel club — alerts on special deals, games, prizes and free giveaways! Don’t have a favorite store location; as all the stores are awesome with some really cool features! But, the RaceTrac store at 1385 McFarland Parkway stands out from the rest. Whenever I pull up at the pump, it feels like I’m in a park. The shrubs, tree density at this location is spectacular. I sometimes wander around the grounds just to gaze at the beautiful trees blowing in the wind or clapping their hands and it’s so relaxing. The management and team at this location are wonderful and always welcoming/professional. Store is always clean and restrooms are spotless. There’s a lot of traffic at this location, customers are kind, courteous — it always feels like I’m coming home when I visit — think it’s the beauty of all the trees on; and surrounding this location. I absolutely enjoy RaceTrac!

  Nobody would help me jump my dead car battery. I had jumper cables, saw at least three employees in the back, and asked if any of them could pull their car up to the pump to give me a jump. The front employee checked with the others, came back, and just said “nah, no one here can help you.” Total lack of basic customer care. I’ll stick with QT from now on — their employees are actually professional and helpful.

  Great service but I’ve never seen a racetrac so dirty on the outside. There was trash everywhere. It takes a few min to pick it up, please do better

  The cashier working at 6:20pm on 06/09/2026 needs to go. She seemed upset that I was there because she was busy eating her food that actually accidentally spit out of her mouth on my hand( I’m not talking a snack I mean a fork and knife meal on the register.) She then acted like my request was rocket science and proceeded to ask me with an extreme attitude for my ID, I am 34. I dont mind being asked for my ID by any means but when you ask for it as if I am a criminal or trying pull one over on you for whatever reason it is uncalled for and weird to be honest. People with an attitude like her can’t change and don’t belong in a position that interacts with other people. She paints a poor picture of the Racetrack brand. I won’t go back to this location simply to avoid her.
