The smart allic black and girl remained seated and refused to assist anyone. When I told them I would be contacting corporate, I was informed that they didn't care who I contacted. I purchase on average of 120 gallons of fuel a day. Quip Trip will be getting my business. Racism is not tolerated by me or anyone anymore. I expect better from companies I deal with. 9:30 On 6/12/26 Racist Track lost my business.
- TCTai CeeJun 4, 20261.0Check out on 6/4 at 3:57 AM. Came in to purchase some water. Was not greeted upon entry. Walked up to the register with the items and the employee who was in the Grab & Go area looked over and asked if I needed help. I replied yes and showed him the 2 bottles of water. He waked up to the register and asked if I’ve ever used self-check out and that I should try it, then walked away. Honestly , I was stunned. I’m usually confrontational and very vocal about poor customer service, but I was too exhausted to even call him out, as I’ve been driving for 9 hours. A man walked in and up to the register, and he was happy to help him, just not this lady. Very interesting experience. I will not be returning here. Also, if you’re too lazy to help a paying customer, at least ensure the printer has sufficient ink and prints correctly.

Totally uncalled for, extremely rude, and I bet you wouldn't like it if I came in there and started baby talking at you like you just did to me. I ain't coming back here ever again. Do better, fire this woman.
