  Awesome experience. I cannot express how much easier and better of an experience the owner delivers vs a dealership. You get honest service and master mechanic experience at a lower rate than a dealership paying some 20 year old 24hr that could care less about his work. Carlos definitely prides himself in his work and honesty.

  An amazing mechanic that is knowledgeable, personable, kind, and respectful. Great communication skills. He is responsive and explains every step of the process. This is the hidden gem everyone has been asking for. My 2013 Tiguan was overheating, he ordered the parts and schedules for me to bring it in. He was patient with me running a bit behind and once I got there, in and out in a matter of hours. I was scared to drive my car but after Carlos worked on it. Now I am excited about letting the VW do what it does. Thank you Carlos, immensely!

  Perfect experience with this shop, I was being quoted 1200 to install springs and he got it done for a THIRD of the price AND did it same day. Definitely will be coming back!
