This is the hidden gem everyone has been asking for. My 2013 Tiguan was overheating, he ordered the parts and schedules for me to bring it in. He was patient with me running a bit behind and once I got there, in and out in a matter of hours. I was scared to drive my car but after Carlos worked on it. Now I am excited about letting the VW do what it does. Thank you Carlos, immensely!
