They assured me they could try to “speed up” the process but wouldn’t skip doing an entire inspection…. and I was still here for OVER an hour. Just to get my oil changed. I skipped the tire rotation that they said they usually include as well, so I can’t imagine how long I would have been here had they not “rushed” the basic oil change process. Kevin the manager was nice though.
