  We can’t thank Carl at Mr. Tire enough for his incredible customer service! We were on our way to an important event when the low engine oil warning light suddenly came on in our brand-new vehicle. Needless to say, we were stressed and worried about making it safely. Carl immediately took the time to inspect our car, quickly identified that the oil level was just slightly low, and took care of the issue right away. What impressed us most wasn’t just his knowledge—it was his kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for our situation. He understood we were in a hurry, got us back on the road quickly, and reassured us that we would make it to our event safely. In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Carl went above and beyond.   Outstanding experience from start to finish. Kevin was extremely thorough in explaining exactly what was going on with my vehicle. As someone who isn’t particularly knowledgeable about cars, I really appreciated how he broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand. Kevin provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable with the recommended repairs. His professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail truly put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Mr. Tire and will definitely be returning for future service!

  Valve stem broke down the street in the Kroger parking lot in one of our tires. Called this location as they were .3 miles away. Could not have had a better experience. They were very helpful and got us in and out of there in less then an hour without having to replace tire. Did not try to push any other services and price was great. Made a crappy situation much better. Taylor N was who was helping us. He was outstanding and made the process that much easier.
