Best ever. I love Mr Tire but this one takes the cake. So helpful, so honest. Great people and great service. Feels like ur talking with people who truly care about you and your situation rather than trying to make a buck. 100% unless I need to go to the dealership for my hybrid, I’ll always come here.

I got a bad tire that wouldn't hold air the first week. Had to take it back to the store twice. I complained that I had spent $1300 on tires and expected the tires to hold air. Finally they ordered a new replacement tire for me. It was a bad experience, but ultimately corrected.

Brought in an Accord 2.0T sport with bad wheel bearings that I had suspected, I had already done an oil change myself earlier in the day, and the dude said I was leaking oil. I told him it was probably oil from when i disconnected the filter and it had splashed everywhere, but he lowkey just ignored me and looked offended that I was doubting him. Whatchu know when i got home and wiped off the oil from under my car, I whipped it around for 30 mins and huzzah no oil in the same spot. So back to the wheel bearing the dude quoted me 800$ for ONE wheel bearing. I had 2 faulty ones both on my passengers side. Im praying that included the hub but i dont think it did because he kept specifying the bearing. (Btw this isnt OEM, he said his "seller" didnt even have the rear passenger wheel bearing, so he was gonna have to wait and look around for it and it could cost even more) thats around 1600 for 2 wheel bearings. Then he says i need to replace all 4 shocks and struts and says around 1200 for just the front shocks and struts (2 btw). Not to mention the dude said for the oil pan gasket ( I had asked him at the time because how was I suposed to know it wasnt leaking the dude said it was) for 5 HOURS of labor? Deadass bro? I could do it in less than 5 wydm 5??? A quick google search tells you that it takes shops 1-3 hours max. He told me himself that oil pan gasket is only 40 dollars and said it was around another band to get it replaced just cuz of labor. Miss me with that shit bro??? Seriously? AND 1600 for 2 wheel bearings??? Without replacing the hubs? Hello??? Thank god i know the slightest about cars cuz i was baffled at the shop expecting a 600 dollar repair for my bearings and this dude is talking abt sum 1600? No shame in ripping you off. 5 hours of labor for an oil pan that isnt leaking? and 1200 for 2 struts and shocks? 1600 for 2 bearings (Bearings are around 100 each non oem) charging me 1400 in labor for a max 2-3 hr job. tripping Also came back to a mpg 17 so i know the dude was whipping my shit around and gassing that turbo, hope u had fun bro cuz thats the last time you'll get it

OVERPRICED AS EVER. Directly lied to my face and denied absolute (had multiple opinions and have not just close family but am dating a mechanic that have all said they caused a direct issue fixing my tire, but they had the audacity to lie, (I have proof) and then charge 2,000 for again, an issue that directly, no doubt at all and clearly, absolutely CAUSED while fixing an issue I deff am responsible for… ha. THEY WILL take advantage of you, I promise. I will NEVER again do anything but tell all to STAY AWAY.
