Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

Friendly staff but was quoted for new tires with unexpected “need” for new shocks reported as well. I wanted my son safe so agreed. Looked at pre-purchase inspection done a month prior and overlooked that they stated shocks were in good shape. Disappointed that we were misguided as money is tight. Two months later and tires are worn down to threads again. They offered alignment but one had just been done. Something else is wrong and now I am out all of that money which was on high end of expected repair cost (even after all the savings that were being stated by the manager).

I had a great experience here. I came in with a hole in the sidewall of my tire that couldn’t be patched. Israel was great and helped me get a new tire on quickly. He was amazing, very transparent with prices and options, and made sure I was good. Will definitely come back for my tire needs if he’s there!

I had an outstanding experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! From the moment I walked in, Antwan and Mateen went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They were professional, honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured.
Not only did they provide exceptional customer service, but they also gave me an unbeatable price that I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find a shop where you feel like the staff genuinely has your best interest at heart, but that’s exactly how I felt here.
If you’re looking for quality work, fair pricing, and a team that treats you with respect, I highly recommend this location. Thank you, Antwan and Mateen, for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy and positive. You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!

This is my second time coming to this location for an oil change, and both visits have been great. I always call before coming in to check how busy they are. They give me an estimated wait time, and they’ve always completed the service within that timeframe.
Israel, the manager, is awesome and provides great customer service every time. The work is done properly, and the experience is always smooth and hassle-free.

I am incredibly disappointed with how I was treated Wednesday , especially after having such amazing experiences here previously.
Two weeks ago, I came in for tires and worked with Israel. He was absolutely amazing! He never pressured me into buying anything, gave me honest recommendations on what tires I actually needed, and let me make the decision completely on my terms. He was so sweet. In fact, I came back a week later because I thought my front tire was flat, and Israel personally came outside, checked my tire pressure, told me I just needed a little air, and filled it up for me. He constantly goes above and beyond, which is why I was so thrown off today.
Today was a complete slap in the face. I came back because I found a tiny piece of metal in one of my two-week-old tires. Instead of helping me, the employee working today completely tried to take advantage of me. Without even looking up my 14-day-old receipt or checking my warranty status, he flat-out lied, said the tire was 'un-patchable,' and told me I had to buy a third brand-new tire out of pocket.
I refused to be scammed, told them to put my donut back on, and left. I went straight to a local shop down the road on Alpharetta Highway. They took one look at it and patched it in 10 minutes flat.
I attached a photo of the puncture
As you can see, the tiny metal piece is dead-center in the middle of the tread—the absolute textbook definition of a fixable tire. Trying to force a customer to buy a brand-new tire for this, especially after spending hundreds of dollars here two weeks ago, is predatory. This patchwork should have been handled considering i JUST BOUGHT THE TIRES 2 weeks ago
