  This place is awesome. They will take care of YOU. Really they made sure I got everything I needed. Don’t pressure you to buy things that you may not really need. You’ll be fully taken care of and leave happy every time. Highly recommend! Love this store!

  Not impressed. Went here for a simple alignment a while back. Took a while and steering wheel wasn’t even centered when they finished, so had to get them to do it again. The tech with the neck tattoos got it right the second time. Guess they had some newbie on it before? Also fairly confident they scuffed my truck with their rack because I had small red paint scuffs around the wheel wells that I’m confident weren’t there before. No clue how else they would have gotten there. Guess that’s on me for not confirming the exact condition of my truck before letting my them take it, but never needed to do that at any other shop. The manager just looked like a deer in headlights when I brought it up. While waiting for the alignment I also got to sit in the waiting room and hear her (the manager’s) conversation from the office about taking somebody to bed or something. That doesn’t really offend me but it’s another indication of wild unprofessionalism. I went here because of all the positive reviews but now I’m leaning toward at least some of those reviews being fake or something - or they get a ton of business from people who don’t know any better because of the central area. Look at the actual reviews. Tons of positives but the negative ones are often egregious and met with a generic response of “we really care, call this number.” I’ve had an infinitely better experience with Firestone at a location with a similar star rating but far fewer reviews. This place is in a convenient location but I drive past them every time now because I just don’t trust them to work on my stuff.

  Went to Mavis Tires for a concern with my car and had a really good experience. They got me in and out quickly with a free estimate, explained everything honestly, and didn’t try to take advantage of me or upsell unnecessary repairs. They gave me straightforward advice and the most cost efficient options instead of pushing the most expensive fix. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. Definitely recommend if you want honest service.

  I needed an oil change done really quick for work. I called ahead and they said they could get it done. No joke about 20-30 minutes and it was done. Dude at the counter was super friendly and helped me out a lot. Would definitely recommend.

The team works seamlessly together, showing true professionalism and strong teamwork from start to finish. They were efficient, organized, and made sure everything was handled quickly without cutting corners. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and friendly tire service.
