  This place is outstanding! The staff is so professional, knowledgeable, considerate, great customer service, and the most important to me,they were truly honest about everything. I would like to say a very special thank you to the whole staff, Cass is a very brilliant mechanic, Reggie knows how to deal with all type of customer personalities, very professional and kind. Seth also did an outstanding job with dealing with customers, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job on my vehicle. The other two staff members,I didn't get their names,but they also went beyond the call of duty. One staff member look up some extra information before my appointment came up. That was amazing to me. The other guy had excellent customer service to me and other customers that came in. The service was accurate and quick. I got extra work done and they still did an outstanding job. Thanks again. I will be back. I see why people come back to a good business. It's the way they treat you, the good work they do, and most importantly to me honestly. Thanks again Grease monkey. Thank you Cass,Reggie,Seth, and the other 2 guys. You guys made me feel like a valuable customer. Thank you.

  I was a frequent customer until I had brake pads installed at this location. The pads wore out within two weeks, because they’re made of the cheapest materials possible. Went to my normal mechanic to resolve my brake problems, and it turns out that they also put the brake pads in upside down. Went back and complained to the manager, and he agreed to give me a number of oil changes equal to the price of the brake job. He also gave me free car washes. I Came back to get one of my oil changes done, and the manager said, “I hope you’re ready to pay since you didn’t take down your previous one star review.” Apparently, removing our old review was part of our deal, which it never was. Would not recommend coming here at all due to Management not upholding their promise to me.

  1st time customer! Went because of the reviews of others and they did not lie! Great experience from the start. Professional, friendly, provided impeccable service. Great prices and in addition to my oil change, received new wiper blades. They are so quiet :). No complaints on wait time either as I was able to chat with the other customers. Reginald and team are the Best. Will be back!

  They are lifesavers! The manager on duty was excellent!! He has the best customer service and I explained an air filter issue. I’ve had throughout two different places and he literally solved the problem. Definitely coming back to this location. Every time I need an oil change, reasonable price and excellent service above and beyond.

  Amazing Phenomenal and those Guys had me in and out in time for me to attend my appointment at 1 I was there 06/24/26 around 11.45 out by 12.15 and I'm at my schedule appointment way before 1 which by the way was in Duluth great 👍🙌 Job guys I will be back for other services.
