Everyone here is rude. I mean absolutely everyone. I use to come here and I never seen these people working here before. There was just one young gentleman that was nice. I called today because my car started to shake extremely bad right after the oil change. The manager dismissed my concern rudely. Will never come back. If I could give zero start I would

The name is a perfect fit. Did not honor initial estimate. Price changes after service. Did not know the correct parts required before service. Requested a new estimate for rear brakes replacement, They refuse & the reason was to avoid competition. Complete scam

Wednesday must have been a bad day for them. The worst car service I've ever experienced. Poor communication. 2 hour wait in my car with hood open! Yeah 2 hours. I told them I could leave and come back later but no they said they got it so I was stuck waiting inside the garage with my big dog in back. The place was disorganized and short of staff. One guy Seth was doing all the hard work. He was very hardworking and tried to be pleasant to customers but the other one (Deion?) showed unprofessional disregard and lacked intelligent communication/feedback on what's going on. Oh and I showed a coupon before service to Seth which he said sure I can do that but the other guy Deion tells me he's the "new manager" and he cannot honor the coupon that was literally on their website. Ok no problem - then don't mislead customers. False advertising. Then he charges my card $178.98 and tells me his printer stopped working so he cant give a receipt. Unbelievable. So I gave my email but never sent it. Please mail me a DETAILED service invoice ASAP. This was an oil change stop. Next time I'll stick with AAA as usual. ------------------------------------------------------------- Update: I finally received the Grease Monkey receipt by email. Now I see why the printer broke and DEH could not give me the receipt at the shop: Reviewing the invoice it falsely states courtesy services were done. They were not. I was physically inside my car the entire 2 hour wait. I would know if they washed my car windows, vacuumed interior, tire check, lights, and BTW the windshield washer fluid is still empty but they checked as completed! Not sure about "chassis lubrication" as done. But I am now concerned about what type of oil they put into my car. If they can lie about the 'courtesy services' right in front of me - no integrity and zero ethics. Buyer beware. Check your receipt and detailed invoice.
