I had a great experience at Express Oil Change, thanks to Daniel! They didn’t have the exact oil my car needed, but instead of just turning me away, Daniel went above and beyond to help me. He professionally explained which type of oil was right for my vehicle, even showed me pictures online, and recommended a store where I could purchase the exact oil needed. I really appreciated his honesty, patience, professionalism, and willingness to help. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and helped me find the right solution. I went and purchased the oil, brought it back, and they are now changing it for me. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers rather than just making a sale. Daniel is a great example of excellent customer service, and Express Oil Change is lucky to have him on their team! Thank you, Daniel, for your outstanding service and for going the extra mile! Highly recommend this location! 👏

I had a fantastic experience with Vinny! My tire pressure monitoring system was acting up, and I was worried I was facing an expensive repair. It turned out the car itself was completely fine and the sensors were working as expected, the electronics had just experienced a temporary glitch or something. Instead of rushing me out or trying to sell me unnecessary parts Vinny took his time, checked the entire system thoroughly and explained the issue to me in full detail so I understood what happened. To top it all off,he made sure everything was functioning properly and didnt charge me a single dime for his time and inspection Unbelievable honesty and world class customer service. It’s rare to find a mechanic with this level of integrity. I highly, highly recommend Vinny. Deal with confidence!

Truly some very kind, friendly, and caring people run this shipping. They have taken me in and saved me quite a few times. They are always willing to help and have always been very honest and I trust them to not over sell me. While their work maybe expensive sometimes is always quality. They will do all work on my truck.

I've trusted this Express Oil Change location for over 15 years, through everything from my 1989 Jeep Cherokee (XJ) to several Hyundais, Hondas, a Dodge Grand Caravan, and my Jaguar X-Type 3.0. No matter the car, the care has always been the same. They take excellent care of my 2023 Toyota Tacoma. I take all my vehicle here opposed to the dealership for maintenance. Jesse (Current Manager) in particular has taken care of me and my vehicles time and again, and it shows. She goes out of her way to make sure her clients are set up for the long haul, treating every car and every person like family, not just a number. Every visit includes their full 20-point courtesy inspection, including steering and suspension, and they've caught little things early that saved me from bigger headaches later. They explain everything clearly and never make you feel rushed or pressured. This location is honestly the best fit for almost any vehicle, no matter the make or model, and it's that passion and personal care, especially from Jesse and her team that keeps me coming back. Fifteen years in, and they still treat me like I matter every single time. HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone looking for a shop they can actually trust
