- DLD L6 days ago2.0First time going there had an excellent experience to balance tires. Second time, I made an appointment online for an alignment. Arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time only to be told their alignment guy is on vacation and to come back next week. Third time, again I made an appointment online for an alignment. Arrived 25 minutes before scheduled time only to be told their working of other cars. Probably be at least an hour. I asked if I could just come back in 45 min. And they said you can, but we won't hold your spot. No point trying to schedule appointments here.

- WBWendy BorisAug 14, 20265.0When I came to the shop to have my tires rotated, I learned that one of my rims was bent and causing my car to vibrate at high speeds. At the end of my appointment, Tucker said if I would bring in a new rim, he would be happy to swap it out for me, no problem. True to his word, he followed through on that promise and went the extra mile when he ran into issues. He didn’t charge me for the visit and also took the time to check another tire that I was worried about. He is very thorough and courteous and I’m so happy to have this shop so close to my house!

It was a tight fit and they were able to check the front tires for me. We also determined that they would be able to do an oil change in the future when needed. Wednesday services were no charge. Or listening to an Eagle screech as it reaches peak speed. Absolutely majestic.
