I also sent in a complaint to have someone in upper management contact me and to date crickets.May 15 through June 27th 2026 is how long I had to rent the vehicle and no response. I will have to say once I moved over to the Alpharetta/Milton GA location that management team is all about customer service. I would still like to hear back from upper management but at this point they have brushed it down the drain.

This Enterprise location has great customer service and they do their best to accommodate their customers. Branden Heggs was especially helpful in providing me with same day service.
