- SWStephanie WalkerAug 22, 20261.0I had a reservation for today for a standard car. I went to pick up the car at 11:30 am, and they didn’t have a car. They said they’d give me a mini van or I’d have to pay for an upgrade. They had plenty of time to call me and let me know they didn’t have a car so I didn’t have to drive 30 minutes to this location to get the car. When I expressed my issue with the situation and asked why they didn’t call, I was told they just work off the inventory they have. I’ve never had this issue with any other location in Alpharetta. Don’t waste your time at this location and their lack of service.
