  I was disappointed with my experience here. It started great. I came in with a low tire, without an appointment on Tuesday morning at 8. They quickly found a puncture in the sidewall and I needed new tires. I have an EV and they only had 2 of the 4 bridgestone tiranza evs in stock. No problem as they would put two on now, order the other two, and come back after 5 to get them. They had be back on the road with two new tires for $900 before 9am. I was happy. They called at 430 and said the tires were delayed by traffic and would arrive after closing so I’d need to come back the next day. A little frustrating, but not the end of the world. Here’s where it sucked. I came back Friday morning at 8am and different staff were working. They couldn’t find my tires. Eventually they found the order but the tires never arrived. They weren’t able to order replacement tires because everyone was out of stock indefinitely. They offered to sell me four new tires that they had in stock and I declined. They asked me to sit down while they worked on it. At 845, I checked one more time, they still had no solution, so I left. Ordered online with Costco for $600 and had them installed at 10am. Giving them two stars because Tuesday guy was really nice and the place was clean and looked professional. Overall not coming back because they were dishonest due to misrepresenting that tires were “delayed by traffic” and incompetence as to not being able to even order replacements.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff are rude ! The will have you sitting outside there facility for hours when they are not even busy and standing around while you are pleading to them for some help to change a spare tire! Something that takes them 5-10 mins to do they will not do no matter how much you try to work with them. I even asked if i bought a new tire from them would they be able to help… the first answer I got was a straight no … with no explanation…. I asked for a manger and he wouldn’t even come out to talk to me . His Name was Brett Polsin and he proceeded to tell me that they can’t service my car since it’s to old. This place is terrible! DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE ! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED!

  I initially purchased all new wheels and tires for my new BMW 530i in January… the manager Courtney Robb was easily one of kindest most professional and capable human beings I’d ever done business with. Today, I had a nail in one of my tires. I called the store to inquire about how I could get it fixed with the extended warranty I purchased at the time of sale. The gentleman who answered was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! He told me he couldn’t find my info in their system and that I needed to come into the store with proof of purchase and receipt. He continued to say that even if I had a warranty that tire repairs are not covered and I’d have to pay anyways. LIES!!!! I asked for Courtney who unfortunately was off today…. But this guy was super dismissive and acted as if though I had interrupted HIS DAY!!!!!!!! I ended up conniving thru my paperwork… driving to a nearby Tire Discounter store (a part of Butler) in Duluth where Jay was more than helpful. He immediately fixed the tire.. NO CHARGE based on the warranty I have!!!! Don’t know the guy’s name who answered at Butler but he needs to spend more time around Courtney to learn how to be way more customer focused and HELPFUL!!!! Thankfully my family and I are safely on the road again.
