If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff are rude ! The will have you sitting outside there facility for hours when they are not even busy and standing around while you are pleading to them for some help to change a spare tire! Something that takes them 5-10 mins to do they will not do no matter how much you try to work with them. I even asked if i bought a new tire from them would they be able to help… the first answer I got was a straight no … with no explanation…. I asked for a manger and he wouldn’t even come out to talk to me . His Name was Brett Polsin and he proceeded to tell me that they can’t service my car since it’s to old. This place is terrible! DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE ! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED!

Update: I received a call from Ray and we discussed the situation. He was very understanding, and accountability goes a long way.
Don't go here. I spent over 10K on wheels and suspension and was treated like crap. They act like they are doing you a favor more than you are a paying customer. The tech testing my car after alignment pulled around the building and out into the street as if he was trying to set a new lap record. When he came back my drive mode was changed to manual. Why? When you walk in you aren't greeted, just looked at like you're another annoyance. Take your business elsewhere.

I initially purchased all new wheels and tires for my new BMW 530i in January… the manager Courtney Robb was easily one of kindest most professional and capable human beings I’d ever done business with. Today, I had a nail in one of my tires. I called the store to inquire about how I could get it fixed with the extended warranty I purchased at the time of sale. The gentleman who answered was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! He told me he couldn’t find my info in their system and that I needed to come into the store with proof of purchase and receipt. He continued to say that even if I had a warranty that tire repairs are not covered and I’d have to pay anyways. LIES!!!! I asked for Courtney who unfortunately was off today…. But this guy was super dismissive and acted as if though I had interrupted HIS DAY!!!!!!!! I ended up conniving thru my paperwork… driving to a nearby Tire Discounter store (a part of Butler) in Duluth where Jay was more than helpful. He immediately fixed the tire.. NO CHARGE based on the warranty I have!!!!
Don’t know the guy’s name who answered at Butler but he needs to spend more time around Courtney to learn how to be way more customer focused and HELPFUL!!!!
Thankfully my family and I are safely on the road again.

Update:
I emailed as requested and received a call back from Brett. He sincerely apologized and is committed to making things right. I appreciate his professionalism and his efforts to resolve the issue.
Things don't always go as planned, but the fact that they genuinely want to make things right shows that they care about their customers. Their response and commitment to resolving the issue have restored my confidence, and I would be willing to use their services again in the future.

Original:
I've been here before and didn't hesitate to return when I needed an alignment. Unfortunately, the customer service during this visit was disappointing.
The person at the counter seemed very busy and didn't take the time to discuss the issue I was experiencing. The interaction was basically, "Where are your keys? We'll take a look."
After the alignment was completed, I asked the technician if he noticed anything that could be causing the problem. His response was, "No one told me I was looking for anything specific."
I paid $189 for the alignment, but my original concern was never addressed, and I ultimately had to take my vehicle somewhere else for further diagnosis. Better communication between the front desk and technicians—and with customers—would go a long way.
Unfortunately, this experience will probably make this my last visit to Butler Tire.
