  I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this AutoZone location. I have previously visited another AutoZone where an employee was kind enough to check my tire pressure and battery, so I asked if they could do the same here. The young man working at the front was very respectful and seemed willing to assist me. However, another employee, Larry, was in the back yelling and cursing at him, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness, especially in front of customers. When I mentioned that I had my tires checked at another AutoZone before, Larry told me, “No AutoZones do that,” even though he had a tire pressure gauge in his hand and simply seemed unwilling to assist. What bothered me even more was seeing the young man, who appeared to be newer, handling the customers at the front while Larry remained in the back watching videos. The younger employee was polite and respectful, and my complaint is not directed toward him at all. Management should seriously look into the professionalism and leadership at this location. Employees, especially newer ones, should not be yelled at or cursed at in the workplace, particularly where customers can hear it. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location and would rather visit another AutoZone where customers and employees are treated with respect. If I could give 0 stars I would most definitely.

  I initially went to another AutoZone location to purchase a new car battery. Unfortunately, the sales representative there recommended and sold me a more expensive battery that I did not actually need for my vehicle. The battery was also not installed properly—the terminal was left loose—which resulted in my car having trouble starting just a couple of hours later. It took multiple attempts to start the car and make it to the Alpharetta location. Larry S. at the Alpharetta store went above and beyond to fix the issue. He spent over an hour on a Sunday evening correcting the mistakes from the other location. He refunded the battery I didn’t need, helped me select a more affordable option that was appropriate for my car’s make, model, and year, and took the time to properly install it. He even added the necessary clamp to ensure the terminal was secure, which required quite a bit of trial and error to get fitted correctly. I am thankful for the time, patience, and care Larry provided. His willingness to go above and beyond is greatly appreciated!

  Came in for a new battery. Trent was able to look up my vehicle and determine the proper options. He then provided clear and concise advice and installed the new battery. Great service and experience overall!

  We were traveling from out of town and our battery died! We pulled in with 15 minutes until the store closed! Trent the store manager was a blessing! He stayed and provided excellent customer service! He had the battery that we needed and had the tools for me to use! He stuck around to make sure we were taken care of and waited until we drove off to make sure that we were good to go! I have been to other places where I have been told “sorry we already closed the registers “ but not Trent! He will probably never fully grasp the concept of what a blessing he was and I know God placed him in our path because he knew that we needed help at that very moment!!!

  Trent was super helpful getting my battery tested and replacing it quickly. I think I was back on the road in 20 minutes! No hard sell, just kind, courteous service which is a rarity for a woman walking into a car repair and parts store.
