Staff was super friendly. They came to me and asked me to give a review right away. I at first gave 5 stars. They were just so happy and seemed to genuinely love their jobs. It was great. They mentioned I may be needing a new battery soon and gave me the option to purchase with a discount... I opted out. That was the only point of concern mentioned to me. I paid and was on my way.
After arriving to my job I had an opportunity to look at my receipt. I noticed a note from the service manager regarding my tires... it states "***cx need 4 tires inside of he tires AREWEARING BAD SHOWING WIRE," At no point did the service manager or customer service team share this information with me during my appointment. I then received a follow-up email stating.
WARNING: Lug nuts/bolts must be checked and retorqued immediately after the first 25 miles of use. Please return to store immediately after 25 miles of your service so that we can check and retorque your lug nuts/bolts.
I would say these are concerning notes that should be shared with the customer at time of service.
We purchased our tires from this location. I'm still waiting on the warranty department to get back to me.
