  The service was great and fast. The woman at the counter was so professional and sweet as well as the gentleman that did the final process of the vehicle I was renting. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  Each time that I thought I had a problem Lisa. Al, Candace, and Kay or Key (i can't remember her name) were very understanding and helpful. I will choose the E. Oglethorpe location in Albany anytime as long as that team working there. 10/10 very satisfied

  Rental was good as far as the car the only issue I have at this location is the customer service from the ones that check you in its a lot of cell phone usage while helping the customer i understand if you have a personal emergency yes use it but in front of customers it shouldn't be always AL was a nice person that helped me checkout although I used a credit card to secure my rental it was put in as a debit card and now I have to wait several days to get hold taken off my credit card and my funds back this location is always a little busy but you will have to stay longer than normal to get your rental i had to wait a extra 45 mins just to leave and go to my destination in time. Understaffed is one thing but time management isnt looked at to help the customer especially if you booked online like I did. Asking for a ride back home if you cant get someone to assist is like a act of congress to see if they will help when the slogan is need a ride we will pick you up . Dont seem like thats the case even after your call to notify the location of what you need assistance with
