  I rented a car from Enterprise exactly a week ago today for a day trip for my kids football tournament that was held in Fayetteville Georgia. I went and picked up the car about 2:30 on Friday evening . When I got inside the car we did the inspection got inside the car and the car said air pressure for the front driver side tire was at 13 and all the other tires were at 44 . I looked at the tire. The tire was completely flat they put me in another rental. Did the inspection . Everything seemed OK got on the road at 5 o’clock Saturday morning to make it to my son‘s game that started at 10 AM not an hour until our trip. I receive several engine failure signs, inspection , oil change was need, and the tire pressure sign came on. The back driver side tire was flat. I made it to a safe area was able to pull over . I had a flat tire. I called the enterprise roadside assistance and they told me it will be three hours before someone will get there. I changed the tire on the side of the road with my both of my sons. I missed my youngest son‘s game. Mind you he is the quarterback . I was so scared to drive the car all the way back to ALBANY I called enterprise they told me to take it to a local shop near me and have them to exchange the car . Of course when I got to the enterprise in Fayetteville, they didn’t have any cars that they can give me but she sent me to the tire shop that they use got to the tire replaced. When I arrived I told the guy what happened he told me yesterday they had already called him about the tire. They got the car in the air and not only was the tire that popped a bad tire but two other tires on the care were bad tires they had to replace three tires on a car. As a mother with 2 kids in a car I rented a vehicle because my vehicle wasn’t safe to put on the road and trust me that Enterprise was gonna give me a vehicle to get me on the road now only they put me in the car with a flat tire. They put me in another car with three additional Bad Tires. We managed to make it to the field, so my oldest son can play and we had a straight back to ALBANY because I did not want to get back to ALBANY the late night risking that something else will happen with being my kids in the car. I spend the entire day fixing a car that was not mine and missed watching my boys play. I had already had a rough day luckily one of the coaches in a follow me back to make sure that we made it back home safely. I went back to enterprise Monday morning because I didn’t need to call Sunday cause they close on Sunday and let the sales real letting him know. He said my manager will give you a call that was Monday. Today is Friday. I have not received a call. I got a notification today from my bank and they did not receive they didn’t send my whole deposit back absolutely piss poor service never again.

  We received top notch service from Al and Amere. They were very professional and accommodating. We had an issue with our van door and had to return it. They wasted no time in getting us another one and on our way. Thanks team!!
