  The staff at the albany ga 31705 location Aura is unmatched. I love the follow up phone call. The vibe at that location is friendly and you can tell they are friends there. They aren't doing a job. They are doing what they were made for. Bringing smiles to people they meet

  Highly recommend this location.I arrived @11:50 a.m. on 06/06/2026 for vehicle pick up @12p.m. I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who prepared all necessary documents for rental. At 12:04p.m. , I was greeted by Mr.Al (Childs), who introduced himself and we walked out to the renter. He explained and answered any questions or concerns that I had about the renter(Check Rear seat on dash) He even pointed out the diffence in the renters operations.NO ATTITUDE, NO RUSH. Mr. Al, knows the meaning of providing GOOD CUSTOMERS SERVICE .At 12:15p.m. I was on my way and had a smile on my face because the last thing he said Thank you for using Enterprise, Have a safe trip. I needed that because I was heading on I-75N.
