- NPNicole PenixJun 19, 20261.0I went to this location to pick up a rental. I was told that I couldn't use my debit card to book at the airport unless I had a returning flight. I asked if my license would suffice since they showed my address as being local. I was told no. The agent was extremely cold and unempathetic. I've rented with Enterprise for about 15 years now and I've never had this issue. I had an emergency come up so I had to use this location due to the other location being already closed. I left the airport with no vehicle. About 2 hours later I went to get food and saw that Enterprise had taken $749 from my account and I hadn't even signed anything or left with a vehicle. 1. How could my card be charged if I was told that form of payment wasn't accepted? 2. I signed nothing! 3. If it was able to be used, why wasn't I contacted before my card was ran? This was one of the worst car rental experiences I've ever experienced and Enterprise is usually my go to!

I informed the representative that I could not comfortably walk the distance to the car, with my health problems and the response was he didn't know what to tell me. 2. I would have appreciated if I was also given an inspection of the car with explanations on how some items in the car operated/work.
