  I have an older and well worn Onan 10000 qd in my rv that quit working and created a crisis due to work related commitments. The service manager assured me they would give it best effort to get it repaired within my tight timeframe. The technician went above and beyond in diagnosing and repairing my rv generator and provided valuable advice on how to care for my generator going forward. I’m truly grateful for their efforts and will definitely come back for future service!

  Brought my motorhome in to have problem with my generator (Onan 10000) turning off. Manager didn't seem very interested in fixing my problem. Seemed very interested in calling it a day. #1 mechanic out on service call. Supposed to check it next day. i was told he checked and there was written report and charged what i felt was excessive amount for basically 2 days wasted time. Haven't seen #1 yet nor mgr since initial. Basically paid $400+ for what I already knew. Turned out wire on Cummins pusher engine was off causing problem. Seems like good place to carry it but NOT.

  I brought my Tiffin for a coolant leak...fluid was shooting everywhere...the tech found a hole in the rubber hose. The leak was caused by a pipe rubbing on the hose due to a broken weld on the support bracket for the pipe. Even though the tech was very nice..they failed to fix the cause of the leak by repairing the weld or replacing the bracket instead they just cut off the end of the hose and reattached it. At least a new hose would have been better. The repair lasted about 2 hours a blew again. I wound up fixing it myself in the auto parts parking lot. They were very accommodating but not a good repair job.

  Great service, great staff, great technician, just a great place for service they really took great care of me and my RV... they tore down and repaired and replaced my Generator. Thanks ill c u soon! Godspeed!
