I purchased a low beam headlight for my car and the female staff member Stephanie Bennett(in which isnāt employed their anymore) sold and put in my car the wrong bulb..my bulb is still under warranty but I was advised that they could do anything about it..and that I had to be the one to remove the bulb and return it to the store to even get my warrantyā¦I advised the General Manager that I didnāt know how to remove the bulbā¦but the moral of this is that Advance was not helpful in this matter and Iām pissed off that I was sold the wrong bulb for my car and they didnāt nothing about it.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
