  I’ve been using this store for the best 24 years. This store went through a lot of changes and new employees every week. None of them have knowledge of what they’re selling. Bad service. Everyone have an attitude I will never go there.

  Sold the incorrect part for my Nissan Rogue yesterday…. Complete ridiculousness. Sold the incorrect part for our GMC truck 2 weeks ago…. Same side show circus…. We will NOT be using Auto Zone for anything else…. 🥴 Note: when you pay with your debit card - then have to return incorrectly sold items - the funds will not be returned for 3-5 days…. You are then - IF YOU WANT THE CORRECT PART - required to pay again…. In our case - tying up almost $390 on a part…. We are financially okay with that situation - BUT their are people who would not be! That extra $195 tied up in a return could be grocery & gas money for their family & kids for the week! So those 3-5 days matter! My honest opinion on trading with this place - after so many screw ups with us & our family trying to trade here - is to go to an ATM - cash out what you need to purchase the parts - because the odds are in Auto Zone’s favor of screwing up! This way - you don’t have the money in your account tied up…. Just plan on being out time & fuel cost as well - because it’s a no brainer - always will have to make extra trips due to their incompetence. ☺️🤷🏻‍♀️ Shout out to everyone trying to keep their high mileage vehicles on the road! Those who don’t want another car payment/mortgage to pay! Those of us that work on our own vehicles because we can! Times are tough for so many people…. Places like this establishment shouldn’t make it even harder….

  Christy the manager or one of them, is the epitome of customer service. Her professionalism is unmatched. She is responsive and accommodating to the extent that its surprising that she remembers conversations; and proactively act upon them. For example, a couple of days ago. I called the store about exchanging a battery that was under warranty. We'll, as a result, when I went into the store two days later. She had the battery behind the counter waiting for me to pick it up. I was impressed by that extraordinary customer appreciation gesture. At the very least that was/is my perspective. I will continue to shop at that store just because of Christy!

  My husband and I had to get off of the freeway because the tarp on top of our Expedition was shredding. There were several auto places to choose from. We chose AutoZone because they have never let us down especially in an emergency. We went inside and purchased a tarp and additional tie downs. We attempted to repair the tarp on the carp but we needed a ladder to reach it. My husband went in and asked if they had a ladder we could use, not only did they have a ladder but Robert and Brittany came out loaded with the ladder, duct tape and a lot of help. Sometimes it's not the store but the people that work there that make it special. They expected nothing from us in return, just what us Northerners would call good ol' Southern Hospitality. It's refreshing to find that there are still people that are willing to help others just for the sake of helping them. Kudos to Robert, Brittany and store #3052
