I would not recommend this store at all. The personnel are highly unprofessional and not generally helpful. I stopped in to have a routine service of having a speed sensor put on. The sensor ended up being the wrong one which is totally not their fault. But in putting the tire back on my car, they failed to return my wheel lock key to my glove compartment.
Fast forward two months and I have a flat tire. I took my vehicle to my tire repair place because they are under warranty, and lo and behold they cannot replace the tires that they ordered for me because the wheel lock key isn’t there. Now my car has been stuck for two days because Mavis has a collection of wheel lock keys that they don’t know who they belong to and claim that I need to bring the vehicle to them to figure it out. With no offer of help, support, or accountability as I have to struggle to replace my wheel lock key. I would never visit this location again nor a Macis in general. The lack of unprofessional behavior is astounding, and there is no concern for the trouble that I have had to go through to find a ride to work, to track down a new wheel lock key, and the general stress that this has caused.
If you can find a more reputable and caring place, I would go there. As an addendum, they didn’t even check and adjust the air pressure as I asked after they were unable to install the speed sensor.

Came in no appointment, talked to them about fixing something on my car. Affordable pricing and done in a timely manner. Treated my wife and kids very well. I know I’m going to need brake pads soon, and with how busy I’ve been I may come up here and drop my vehicle off and let them do it.

We took our vehicle here for service for the first time and every person we interacted with was kind and knowledgeable. I liked that they explained what they recommend and explained how much life was left in our tires and breaks, and didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need. They gave us the information to decide what we wanted to get done and when and were not pushy. We will definitely be coming back for service again in the future!
