I come to this Mavis routinely for oil changes and whenever I need a tire. Evan is always warm and welcoming and takes great care of my car. Even when they are busy Evan is always able to get my car back to me quickly. Great customer service and quality of work.

I purchased a tire from this shop two weeks ago after picking up a nail in one. Fairly expensive tire. After a week of driving on the new tire I got another nail in the same tire (horrible luck). I returned to the store and was happy to find out that road hazard was offered within 30 days of purchase so I paid for the road hazard and they ordered the new tire. Tire came in today and I had the tire put on. I was charged full price with the explanation from the manager that road hazard was not available on that brand of tire even though the car manufacturer offers tire road hazard protection but Mavis does not because the tire cannot be repaired and has to be replaced. He offered to gladly put the old tire back on if that’s what I wanted which was a very passive aggressive approach in my opinion. I believe this was a classic bait and switch. Offer a warranty knowing it was unavailable and then charging full price after the repair is made. I will not be returning to this store after paying over $1000 for both tires and I would definitely advise anyone in the market for tires to avoid the store due to its deceptive business practices.
As a follow up to this review I just spoke with the Discout tire store right down the street from this Mavis and was told that this type of tire (sound deadening due to being on an electric vehicle) is definitely repairable it just takes a bit more work and that Discount tire offers road hazard on this tire brand as well as all other brands of similarly made tires. Discount tire will now be receiving all my business on all four of my vehicles and I would recommend anyone reading this review to do the same.
Second follow up I was just called by the same Discount tire manager and was advised that with a pre inspection Discount tire would offer me a road hazard plan as long as 75% of the tire tread remained. I scheduled the inspection for tomorrow. Fabulous customer service in my opinion. I hope this experience will help others in a similar circumstance.

What do you think guys? Should I go back? Arrived at appointment time for a Oil change, I was asked if I wanted regular or synthetic oil. I assumed that they would know this. So I guessed, 'Synthetic??? Ok he said. Checked out with friendly smile. Later upon reviewing the invoice, I have to return after driving 25 miles for a retorque of the lug nuts, from the tire rotation. Was not verbally notified when checking out. They also left my car keys in another car. Possible safety issue!?! Overpriced for potential safety issues.
But they were SO NICE. Lol God help em. Now for the concerned follow up statement from management 😋

Quick, kind, and absolutely fantastic staff!! I can say nothing but good things for this location and the staff. After first visiting Discount Tire, I quickly turned around and walked back out the door after seeing the line was way too long. I'm so glad I turned around because I couldn't have made a better decision than to go with the handle and care of all these guys in this great team at this Mavis Tire location. I will be coming back here for all my tire needs just to work with this team again
