One time my tire popped almost right in front of the shop, 10 mins before they opened…I pulled in and the workers came out and put my spare tire on for free! I more recently had an issue with my truck (2020 raptor) where I thought the wheel bearings were going out, but I couldn’t pinpoint it. I brought the truck in and they figured out exactly what was wrong so fast (rear driver’s side bearing)! So I ended up getting that fixed and also getting my tires replaced. I worked with Skyler and she was super helpful in person and even super responsive through text! Most amazing experience!
