JB is always very focused on guest service. Thanks for making appropriate suggestions as needed. Appreciate how JB has been here for over 4 yrs!
And I thought all they did was oil changes. I was wrong. We had a rodent build a nest on the engine in one of our cars. It chewed up some wires. The car would run, but had very little power, and the MPG dropped. It was having trouble starting, so we stopped at Advance Auto Parts for a battery test, and it turned out to be fine. We told Carter about the rodent, and he recommended the Express Oil Change next door. I'm glad we took his advice! Michael was able to run a Diagnostic after finishing up a vehicle before us.
He found that the wiring to the fuel pump had been chewed in two. He said the pump still worked mechanically, but it explained the difficulty in starting, the lack of acceleration, and the bad fuel economy. It was actually my son's birthday, and it was a happy one when Michael got his car running well again. He diagnosed the problem quickly, repaired it, test-drove it, and saved us hundreds compared to what the dealership would've charged.
This is a great place to take your vehicle for more care than just oil changes and tire rotations. They are fortunate to have someone as capable and courteous as Michael, who can diagnose and repair problems to get your ride running like it should again. Thanks, Michael!

I really get great service, but I do have a complaint. We have been using Express for years and love the employees with great attitudes. However, the management made them turn off the music in the bays and a lot of the joy has disappeared. Especially loved JB’s dancing and singing, just having a good time which helps bring us back, time after time. After one complaint from a customer the management has taken the joy out of the store, and I understand many customers are not happy with this change. You have great employees, treat them well or I might need to go elsewhere.

The gentleman that waited on me initials JB and CJ were very professional. They suggested certain things that were needed and asked if I was interested Instead of just doing them. They were very polite.
I felt I got great customer service and they were very knowledgeable about their job. You can feel secure that they are taking care of business in a good way. I will return and pass on the information to my friends.
