    Horrible customer service, I was given a car that I couldn’t even lock the doors in. We traveled out of state and had to worry about the car being broken into the whole trip. The car needed service and to top it off they charged me an extra day for drop the key in the drop box 10 minutes late. Maybe if I didn’t have to make sure I could find a safe location to park everywhere I went because my doors didn’t lock I would’ve make it 10 minutes early. Service sucks and so does the “new policy” don’t waste your money here.

    Enjoyed my experience at this place. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because I requested a gas travel van and got a diesel travel van which cost me between $100-$150 more in fuel cost for my trip.
