  I had a subscription wash there with 2 cars. I noticed that the passenger side wheels on both were not getting cleaned, and there was noticeable leftover dirt all over them. I spoke with them, showed them the issue and explained why it is not acceptable to leave large sections of your car unwashed. They claimed that a part on their washer was broken and it may take some time to fix. A month or so later, I follow up with an assistant manager and he tells me that the part will be in, and I wait to wash my car after the parts have been allegedly installed. Same issues! I speak with a manager there, show him the problem and he then explains that the part they fixed only fixed the tire shine, not the wheel washer. This is NOT what the previous call to the assistant manager explained to me. So I cancel the subscription, and charges continue to appear on my bank account after I cancelled. This, despite the manager I spoke with assuring me he would do everything to refund the previous charges. This is a predatory subscription model! This is in direct violation of Georgia's Online Automatic Renewal Transparency Act (HB 528) that was passed into law in 2024. Perhaps they've not yet heard of it? I'll be reporting this illegal activity to the GA Attorney General in the event this issue continues to manifest in my bank account. I would NOT recommend doing business here unless you like not getting what you pay for (and it is $5/month MORE than another car wash down the street!) and having phantom charges appear on your bank statement. All parties--caveat emptor!

  Went this weekend to clean out both family cars, and it was fantastic. We went early in the day since some reviews mentioned the rags and spray bottles could run out at the end of the day, and we brought our own rags since we have plenty of those, and it was all great. There were still plenty of clean rags (but we used our own anyways), and the cleaning solutions were full. The vacuums were fantastic, and absolutely love the high pressure air for the small crevices. Convenient vacuums on both sides of your parking spot, same for the high pressure hose, and even well placed trashcans, not overflowing or gross. The staff were friendly and helpful with questions since this was our first time checking them out. This is absolutely going to be our go-to place from hear on out.
