  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jamie was absolutely amazing! She truly listened to what was best for me and followed the customer’s heart every step of the way. She went above and beyond in helping with my alternator and battery swap, making the entire process smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand. Her professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for her customers really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable with the decisions being made, and Jamie did exactly that. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance. Thank you, Jamie, for your outstanding help and dedication!

  I went here yesterday to get a bulb, but I didn’t know if it was the brake light or the tail light. When I entered the store, I was greeted immediately by the dude with the braids or dreads & he also had really nice cologne on. It smelled really good. He went above & beyond for me. He looked up & he showed me the different ones, he found the lightbulb, told me how it much it was (I asked for the cheapest) lol he told me he was going to grab the bulb & told me he would be right back. Great customer service. Paid & I asked him if he was able to please put the bulb in & if it was free to do so. Even though the store was a little busy, he took the time to put the bulb in. He was phenomenal. I was very impressed. The process was less than 3 minutes. Fast service. This guy knows what he’s doing & he was great. Above and beyond. This dude deserves a raise. I’m sorry, I didn’t get his name, but he was also very friendly. His service was impeccable. 10/10

  This is the bar for worst experience I have had this with company refusing to help a commercial account which I spend thousands of dollars every year with this company and for the manager to hang up in my face Scott the manger is very unprofessional and gotten an attitude an hung up in my face twice very unprofessional and I will guarantee I will not be using this company again for my company

  I went in Saturday and this clueless guy "helped me" I could tell he was new, but no one was willing to make sure he did things correctly. He sold me the wrong spark plugs for my lawnmower and the wrong wiper for the rear window on my SUV. When I went to get it corrected on Sunday, I waited at the counter to be helped for 10 min. The guy gave me a hard time and made me wait to talk to a manager. After I had been there 30 min, I just left... never going back
