  They were great here! They replaced my battery for free under warranty, something was wrong with my account and they were able to pull it up and help me, and fix the problem. They were so polite and very quick!! Jewels was great and very professional, he even cleaned the battery acid off the top of my connector, which he didn’t have to do and I really appreciated. I will absolutely be coming back if I have any more troubles with my car!

  I come here often but today I had an unpleasant experience with a worker named “Jay”. I waited in line like everybody else as they were being serviced. There were 4-5 people ahead of me and I waited patiently, without issue. I only needed to buy oil and when I was checking out I asked the cashier who helped me to put it in like they usually do. I come here weekly. Jay, who was helping another customer at the time, stopped the cashier who was helping me to request that he help another customer and had an attitude for no reason when I requested that the cashier finish helping me. He rolled his eyes, huffed and puffed and acted like I was the problem for expecting to be helped like anybody else. I’ve never had an issue at this location before so I’m not really sure what the problem is but it was unnecessary. I appreciate the cashier who was working with me for apologizing for the rudeness.

  Patrick is awesome at this location very helpful and knowledgeable! I needed a hose for my OSB Truck and he gave me the right one!

  I am very grateful for the extremely professional and kind experience I received from Juelz today. He went above and beyond to assist me with my car oil purchase and filled my car with it. Thank you so much Juelz for your kindness and patience today.

  Very disappointing customer service. Every time I visit this store, the employees seem more interested in talking among themselves than helping customers. Instead of assisting people who need help, they stand around chatting and doing very little. When a customer asks for a product, they don’t even make the effort to point them in the right direction or walk them to the item, which is basic customer service. A little extra effort would make a huge difference in the customer experience and would likely lead to more sales because customers would feel supported and might discover additional products. Unfortunately, the staff give the impression that they are only there to complete their shift rather than provide good service. Management should pay closer attention to the level of customer service being provided, because it falls well below what customers should expect.
