Very VERY friendly staff from start to finish, spanning from the lady at the desk, the manager, and all the techs I had the pleasure of talking to. I booked online last minute to fix my tire, so I expected to wait but I felt that they were more than accommodating. I liked the fact that they never turned anyone away despite being busy. Just a friendly we WILL help you if you don't wait a short wait. There were some elderly customers and they were sure to open doors for them and assist them to their car. The waiting rooms were clean and one was nice and quiet. I have been loyal to a business down the street for years but they have turned me away more than once, when I really needed help, because they were too busy. Not here, not today and I will be back soon for new brakes. Honestly I was so impressed with the service I forgot the most important part, their price on the tires that I wanted was cheapest. Very happy with the experience I had here today. They care about quality and service, which is almost extinct in these current times.

I had a really excellent experience with Tire Kingdom / Mavis Tires today. Stephanie was extremely professional, friendly and polite in helping me. Tracy did an awesome job in aligning my car and putting air in tires. I really appreciate you all for your honesty and your integrity in my experience today.

I booked my appointment online and my car went right in at the time that my appointment was scheduled for. I literally was out i and back on the road n less than 30 minutes. These guys get the job done fast and at a very reasonable price

Honestly, Tire Kingdom is the best. A gentleman name Adam at the Zephyrhills Tire Kingdom was so patient and kind going over every thing with me. Highly recommend Adam and Stephanie at the front desk who also was so sweet. I will continue to come to Tire Kingdom to get my tires!!

I do not have a Google account, so I am using my daughter's. On Friday, 4/24/26, as my wife and I were preparing for a nine hour journey to visit with one of our children, we noticed that the "check tire pressure" icon was lighted. I arrived at our local Tire Kingdom location before it officially opened for business. Ed, one of the front desk service managers, noticed my sitting and waiting for the store to open. He came out, asked about my problem. I explained the issue and he advised he would do all he could as the day's schedule was full. He worked with the service team and arranged to have my problem addressed after a very reasonable wait time, as I did not have an appointment. As I am an entrepreneur myself, I recognized Ed as someone who understood the value of personalized service and going the extra mile to help a customer in need, whether or not it was easy to do or already scheduled. Tire Kingdom has been our service provider for my family's vehicles for more than four years. Employing attentive and helpful service professionals like Ed will guarantee that we will continue to do so, thank you Ed.......
