  Horrible service! Had to wait 10 minutes while associate was on the phone to get service. Inventory was low with cheap cars. What business does not accept cash? My $50 was turned down like Monopoly money. Will tell State farm to avoid recommending.

  The car was awesome but the staff in Titusville, FL is excellent. Led by branch manager McKinley, this office has employees with extraordinary Customer Service skills. Every one of the employees I came in contact with was polite, professional, personable, extremely helpful and made me feel like a valued Enterprise customer. Cannon took me to my car and answered all of my questions. He discussed the 24hr road service option with me and I decided to take it. I feel the branch manager, McKinley, Cannon and Mello are wonderful liaisons between Enterprise Car Rental and the customers, therefore I am requesting that all three of them be commended for their job excellence. Outstanding employees should ALWAYS be recognized. Thank you for your attention to my request. I WILL absolutely use the Titusville, FL Enterprise store for all of my future car rentals.

  I reserved a truck on enterprise.com and and when I got up there, they told me they don’t have a truck and it May come in later in the day and they would call me. Of course, nobody called me back., So I had no rental vehicle for the first day when I called back the second day they said there was nothing they could do and that the enterprise website just doesn’t keep up with their inventory so there’s nothing they can do about not having any rental cars.

  The staff was great. They were so SO busy and not a lot of cars were available. The phone didn’t stop ringing and so many people were walking in at once, and the manager McKinnley was so awesome handling everything. She was delegating things to staff, coordinating pick ups and drop offs, customer service, etc on her own and she did an amazing job. 10/10 employee.
