  Hd to wait on rental over an hr past appt time I set up in advance! Then car lock wldnt open car at a restaurant that afternoon! After 15 to 20 min ..finally it opened! Rest of the evening into nx day cld not lock the car!

  Extremely disappointed with how our rental and the subsequent damage claim have been handled. At pickup, the Enterprise employee did not conduct a complete walk-around of the vehicle with my wife to document its condition before she took possession. When the vehicle was returned, however, damage was identified during the return inspection that Enterprise is now attempting to hold us responsible for. We did not have an accident, hit anything, or experience any incident that would have caused this damage. My wife was told that she “must have been hit while the vehicle was parked,” despite there being no known incident and, at this point, no evidence provided to us establishing when the damage occurred. What made the situation even more frustrating was how my wife was treated when she tried to discuss these concerns with the branch manager. She attempted to explain that nothing had happened to the vehicle while it was in her possession and raised concerns about the lack of a thorough inspection at pickup. Rather than listening to or addressing those concerns, he was dismissive and at one point did not respond to her at all. She had to ask if he had even heard what she said, to which he simply responded “yep” without addressing her concern. That’s not how I would expect a legitimate customer dispute to be handled. We are formally disputing the damage claim and have requested the pre-rental inspection records, timestamped photos/video, and other documentation showing the condition of the vehicle before our rental. My biggest concern is the inconsistency in the process: if a thorough inspection is going to be used to hold a customer financially responsible at return, the same level of inspection and documentation should be completed at pickup.

  It was a smooth process for same day rental car. Enterprise picked me up from the body shop and brought me to the rental office. The office staff was professional and I feel they gave me a nice rental car for the time being. It was a pleasure working with them and I’ll continue to use them if needed again
