Today, you went well above and beyond to make sure that I was not stranded by the side of the road by changing my battery in record time. You saved me money I did not have to give a car repair. She had a noticeable attitude, not only toward me as a customer, but also toward her coworkers. It was uncomfortable to witness the way she interacted with the rest of the staff. When I needed assistance, she seemed irritated that I was even asking for help. Her lack of enthusiasm and unwillingness to provide basic customer service made the entire visit frustrating. Customer service should involve professionalism, courtesy, and a willingness to help, none of which were demonstrated during my visit. I hope management addresses this issue, because experiences like this can easily drive customers elsewhere.
