- DCDaniel Correll6 days ago5.0We got stuck on 95 during a traffic jam and our engine overheated. The guys at Pure Auto graciously looked at our car, even though it was close to their closing. Luckily, they saw that nothing was wrong and that the car overheated due to the high temperatures and heavy heat from the engines around us. They had already seen two other cars from the same wreck. I'm very thankful they gave me the peace of mind that my car was ok even though we were a decent ways from home.
- BCBrian Sosa ColmanJun 9, 20261.0I brought my car in for an A/C issue and was quoted around $5,000 for repairs. Before agreeing, I added refrigerant myself and the A/C started working again. That tells me the diagnosis was either wrong or dishonest, and the quote could have put me or you in a very difficult financial position unnecessarily. This is a very difficult review for me to make since they’re nice and well known in Yulee. A couple months later. I fixed my issue. Stop quoting people overpriced repairs. Train your staff. Just look at your staff, not the managers/ owners. They will make you comfortable… it’s their interest over yours.

This guy quoted me for an AGM battery in September that was 500 dollars...I ended up getting an AGM battery from autozone for 278. The fact that you verbally quoted me as the owner of pure auto while at my place of employment while my 4runner wasnt starting can be easily proven. See you in court!
- JBjohn balkMay 9, 20261.0Don't go to these guys for any ac work. They said they found an ac leak on the 2 evacuation hoses. Replaced both-$950. Less than a week later no cold air. Brought back and they said evap was leaking, so if the hoses were replaced, and the system was pressure checked they would have found that leak as well. And the 2nd repair was $1600 for a part that cost $189.
