  Didn't quite get my oil change. Mr pickle head don't want to use his real name. This is the guy that guides you in and gets the information for the vehicle. He asked me for the mileage and apparently I wasn't fast enough for him. He made the comment "are you so stupid you don't know which button to push". He then reaches into my truck pushed my hand back and began to push the wrong button also. At that point I told the employee I want to leave. He told me no. Regardless I left and went directly to the office. The manager said come back on Friday that guy doesn't work Fridays. The guy should not be allowed back. It's all on video that the store has. I'm sure they would have a camera there. Regardless if you go and someone that looks like a pickle head is guides you in. You been warned! He will reach into your car without asking and push you out of his was.

  I'm disappointed in their sneaky practices. I went to change my oil, got a new air filter, and they offered wiper blades. I asked how much the blades were and they responded $20. When the total price came, it was a lot more than expected. They then broke down the pricing and the blades were 57.98. In what world is it ok then to tell me they are $20? I really hate not being able to take people at their word. But I just want to make people aware so they don't get themselves in the same situation. Additionally, they charged more for the oil change than what is quoted online. Update following response: we're new to this area, you could have had two new customers for life. But no, we will not be returning to a business that purposefully lied to us about pricing.

  This place has been nothing short of amazing. I HATE getting my oil changed and don't mind doing it here. They are always quick and professional. Devon did a great job, was friendly, and made the whole process super easy. Thank you!
