  This is my favorite repair store. I only come to Tuffy. Ralph and Scotty are the best.!! They’re truthful they’re honest and they’re not just out about making a buck. It’s one of the few repair places I found that is upfront and honest. I really have appreciated them. I may go out of their way for their customers.!! As long as they’re there, I will be back !!

  They were very fair on their prices and did a great job. They had me in and out before the stated time of repairs. I definitely will be going back for any future repairs.

  From the first- call to the end of the provided service, the experience was great!. Great communication, straightforward no hidden fees no hidden agendas. Reasonable price. The staff very friendly!. I will definitely recommend this location for your car needs.

  Ralph Ramos at Tuffy's really treated us well when we brought in our daughter's car for a second opinion because I didn't trust what Bill Ray Nissan was trying to tell us about the supposed repairs needed. Apparently the dealership was using photos of someone else's car to try to get us to pay almost $5000 for repairs that weren't needed! When we took the car to Tuffy's Ralph told us all we needed were two front tires and a wheel alignment and it cost WAAAAY less. We will never take it back to the dealership, if we can help it! Thanks to Tuffy's and Ralph we have a new place to get our daughter's car taken care of!!
