I arrived with a dead battery and Jason and Robert were extremely helpful. My VW Jetta also had to he reconnected to the “brain “ of my car, which they did. It was all done quickly and was explained to me. Thanks to all working at Tuffy on Tuskawilla Road in Winter Springs for getting me back on the road.

I recently bought four Continental tires, and within the first 3,000 miles I had a flat that was determined to be unrepairable. The shop where I purchased the tires would not handle the manufacturer’s warranty and wanted to charge me $404 for a replacement. I contacted Continental directly, and they were awesome. They referred me to Tuffy Tire and that’s where the experience completely changed. I explained the situation to Ralph, and he took care of everything. Within four hours, he had a brand-new tire delivered to the shop, called me when it arrived, and had it installed. My total cost was just $48. Ralph and the team at Tuffy made the whole process incredibly easy. No runaround, no hassle—just great customer service and someone willing to take care of the customer. After this experience, Tuffy has earned a new customer for life. Thank you, Ralph and the Tuffy team. This is how customer service should be done!

He always takes care of me anytime I come in and makes sure I know step by step what’s going on with my car! Will continue coming back here for any car problems I may have in the future! Thanks guys!
