  We use Tuffy for all our cars. They are professionals and Very Honest, highly dependable and very affordable. I called them for last minute issues and they fixed the problem immediately. They are all very pleasant. I will continue to use Tuffy and highly recommend them as my #1 auto repair shop.

  I run a lawn business here in central Florida. Had to have my truck towed in. Got me in and out in one day on a radiator replacement. Couldn’t ask for more. Price was right. Friendly service.

  I needed my car to be done by 2pm so I could get my kid from school and they worked their butts off and called me at 153pm saying done. I was so grateful for all the hard work they did to get my car fixed and safe for my family.

  My car had been to 2 different shops before Tuffy’s to diagnose a sporadic power steering problem upon starting the vehicle. They took the time to do a thorough diagnostic assessment and made sure I was prepared for how long it would take. They were honest and transparent in their quote and told me what they felt was necessary versus what could wait. Overall great experience and I will be going back.

  Worst experience of my life dealing with mechanics. They charged me hundreds of dollars to fix an issue with my gas line (it wouldnt allow me to pump gas without clicking off every few cents) and then shortly after getting it back my car started shaking and the check engine light came on. Brought it back to which they told me it was my engine and it would be a $16,000 fix and advised me of all these issues wrong with it. After a lot of research, I found a mechanic who fixed it for $3500. None of the issues they were trying to tell me my car had were actually issues it was having. Not only were they lying about what needed to be done, my mechanics said the issue most likely happened because of something Tuffy did wrong when they were "fixing" the other issue I originally took to Tuffys. After over a week not having a car (and I have 4 kids and a job) I picked my car up from the mechanics to drive it to the gas station and seeing Tuffys never even fixed the original issue! I still couldnt pump gas. Now im out 4k and I still cant pump gas and im back at square one. After trying to talk to Tuffys about it, they pretty much said all I can do is bring it back in for them to "fix" but they wouldn't reimburse me even for the issue that they charged me for and never fixed. I wouldn't trust my car there again if they were the last mechanics on earth. DONT GO HERE!
