I usually don’t ask questions (I’m a woman and guys can be rude) but he was very inviting and not belittling with his information. He also fixed my ac filter that the location @hunters creek put in wrong. I live by Disney but I’ll be making the drive to the winter park location from now on.

It’s refreshing to find a team that is both knowledgeable and genuinely kind to their customers. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Took over an hour to get through and nasty, oily hand prints were left on my car. Annoying. I returned and they wiped it off and apologized. No other compensation offered.
- SEStella EllaApr 13, 20261.0This place USED to be my go-to place until they tried to tell me my Mazda with 35k miles has oil sludge while trying to sell me their products. I always get my oil changes on time. When I questioned how that could be, I was given some story how mazda changed the way they make their engines and blah blah. There's no engine sludge, I know because at my next oil change, had a REAL MECHANIC take a look at it and its fine, NO SLUDGE. So now I get my oil changed at MAZDA because I found out its cheaper at the dealership to get oil changed there. I dont remember the guys name but its the guy with the rotten teeth. Good riddance.
