  I’ve been a Valvoline customer for about two years, but after my most recent visit, I no longer feel comfortable coming back. What concerns me the most is that my receipt contains false information that was never communicated to me. It states that I declined certain inspection/checkup services, but nobody ever asked me about these services or gave me the opportunity to accept or decline them. I find it very concerning that something I was never told about was documented on my receipt as if I had refused it. On top of that, the service was not courteous or professional. After being a loyal customer for two years, I expected honesty, transparency, and better customer service. This experience has completely broken my trust in Valvoline. Unfortunately, you have lost a customer who had been loyal to your company for two years.

  Great service received from Matthew on both occasions we have visited the shop. He is patient and explains everything well to someone (me) not very familiar with the services received with an oil change.

  Valvoline DOES NOT CARE about their customers. I’ve been a customer most of my life and they neglected to verbally inform me that my car had a severe engine oil leak which resulted in my car breaking down while driving out of town for vacation, mind you, I informed them that I was going on a trip and they told me everything looked good and was all set. I got my oil changed the day before and they are taking no accountability for neglecting to inform me that there was a crack in my oil pan, probably because they caused it and are trying to save face. SO FRUSTRATING. I will never trust them again. Do not go here, they don’t care about you or your car!!!!!! They just lost a lifelong customer because they couldn’t take any accountability and admit their fault or at the very least even apologize. I am extremely disappointed in the manager and them as a company.
