  Employees are extremely rude, they work as if they don’t want to be there ! Definitely wouldn’t recommend, they messed up my oil change and acted as if they didn't care after they were in the wrong.

  I’m glad that I received this message about giving a review because I wasn’t going to on my own, but since you’re asking… I come to this location all the time. But this time the guy in my window was kind of obnoxious. I get synthetic oil changes and I usually get them between 8000 and 10,000 miles. The last time I was in, I had them change my air filter with my oil change. This time the attendant that greeted me was not very pleasant. Usually, the people are very nice and I don’t feel any type of way when I leave except for glad I got my oil changed. But this time, this guy scolded me for waiting 9000 miles in between oil changes. He asked me “let me ask you something, you haven’t gotten any oil changes in between your last visit, right?” I told him no I came to this location. At this time, he sucked in his teeth and made that oh no face like I’ve done something wrong. I brushed it off and followed his direction. Then he comes over with my air filter and again with that oh no face, and he says “your air filter is pretty dirty, we can change that for you” I looked at him and said “you guys changed it last time. I was here, I’m not changing it again.” He said “so you don’t want it replaced, you know you should replace it every 12,000 miles.” That’s when I got annoyed. If I said no, that should be the end of it. Then they went on to change my oil like they normally do and he came back to the computer and was talking to other technicians, and I was on my phone, But I guess he was trying to get my attention for a few seconds, then said My name very sternly like I was a child. I don’t even know what he asked me after that because I just wanted to get out of there at that point He didn’t have me do any of the other normal stuff like check my lights check my blinkers all of the things that they normally do, then I paid, And the nice young lady instructed me out of the bay. I know this might seem like nothing, but this annoyed me. I didn’t do anything wrong, I just came in to get my oil changed. I don’t need some kid scolding me about my vehicle, when I’ve been driving twice as long as he’s been alive. I just thought it was obnoxious. There are several other quick oil change places around my area, so I’ll probably go somewhere else next time
