  Jonathan and William were both so friendly and helpful! Jonathan called to update me several times regarding my vehicles progress and already had solutions to offer when unexpected issues popped up! A++++

  I had an issue with my air conditioner that became very complicated as time went on, and the team kept repairing my Jeep with no avail on the results. Although the vehicle didn't ultimately cooperate, at every twist and turn David, Jonathan, and the entire Mavis team were professional, fair, incredibly friendly, and went out of their way to assure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend their shop to anyone looking for timely and honest work.

  My experience at this place was completely unacceptable. I brought my vehicle in for a tire replacement and arrived on time for my appointment. I was told the service would take approximately three hours. However, after waiting more than four hours, I was informed that they had not been able to complete the work and that I would need to return the following day, or wait one more hour. When I came back the next day, the experience was even worse. Once again, I was kept waiting. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and wasted time, the manager was rude and unprofessional. He actually told me that the problem was my fault because I did not want to continue waiting, and he justified the poor service by saying they did not have enough staff to handle the number of customers they had scheduled. I understand that delays can happen, but that does not excuse poor communication, lack of organization, and disrespect toward customers. If they do not have enough staff to provide timely service, they should not schedule appointments they are unable to honor. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this business to anyone.

  I am immensely impressed with William’s attention to detail and documentation of my car’s issue. His customer service is well above and beyond, courteous, and swift!!! He created a new confident customer today!

  Friendly and fast service! I went in Monday with a tire that was losing pressure and they were able to see me right away. Because they couldn’t repair it as it was a prior patch, they just filled it for me at no cost. I took a day to decide if I wanted to order the new tire and called Tuesday AM to do so. By Wednesday 5pm, the new tire was on my vehicle! I would definitely return.
