  I've taken my car here three separate times over the past two years, and every experience has been great. They're always quick, reliable, and upfront about pricing, which is something I really appreciate. I've never felt pressured into paying for services I didn't actually need. They've always been honest about what was necessary and what could wait. It's hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend!

  I brought my car to the Fairbanks location as my Mavis battery was under warranty and I had to jumpstart my car all weekend. They brought the car into a bay to inspect, said the battery required replacement, but the closest store that had the battery I needed was Altamonte Springs. So I drove directly to Altamont, handed them the battery read out Fairbanks gave me, and they said “this isn’t right”. They then told me the battery was fine, the cable was loose, they would tighten/restart the car several times to confirm and I would be ready to go in five minutes. 30 minutes later I left the waiting room and found my car up on a lift, tires off, and the woman behind the counter, said “you wouldn’t want your brakes done today would you” then gave me a list of needed repairs. I complained they did not disclose or get permission to put the car on a lift and take things apart, and I was there to have the battery issue only fixed , but no apology was offered. 10 minutes later I got my car back and left. I arrived at the Mavis on Fairbanks at 9 AM and left the Altamonte location at 12:30 PM, 3 1/2 hours later… to fix a loose battery cable. I will not be going back.

  I had to take a work trip to Fort Lauderdale and the day before I was scheduled to leave, my rear tire went flat. I had to get it replaced in the middle of a Sunday, ready for my drive the next morning. Jonathan, at Mavis Tires, got me in and out, replaced my tires w such efficiency. When I told him that I HAD to have the work finished that day, as I was driving out @ 3a he said “ we will stay open until we get you taken care of“. I will be a return customer and thank you for such excellent service!

  Jonathan was awesome. Helped me out in a bit of an emergency and explained everything to me clearly. Will use this shop again in the future. Great service and fair prices.

  Great customer service and fast! Went in for the free air, Will saw me struggling and came out to help. He noticed the air in one of my tires was super low and told me to pull in to a garage spot and they found no leaks and still didn’t charge me! Thank William and Jonathan!
