  William and Jonathan went above and beyond to help me with my dead car today. I had my car towed to the Valvoline on Delaney Ave at 11 am this morning and they told me my battery is fine and that it’s a problem with the alternator. I then waited for a hour and got my car towed to the Mavis on Fairbanks. William greeted me with a smile and provided exceptional guest service upon arrival. Jonathan and I yapped and watched the price is right to pass the time. In no time, William was able to determine that my battery that I got through the Valvoline on Delaney this past August was in fact bad. We walked over to the Valvoline across the street on Fairbanks and he convinced the mechanic to get me a new battery as mine was still under warrantee through Valvoline. Mavis’ guest service is unmatched. He could have said you’re out of luck like the first Valvoline did, but the hard workers at Mavis went above and beyond to help me obtain a battery and install it. Thank you Mavis Tire!!! I will be back. Screw you Valvoline!

  After being quoted thousands of dollars by the dealership for a supposed air conditioning evaporator replacement due to my AC not working a SECOND time after they “fixed it”, I came here for a second opinion—and I’m so glad I did. Not only was David incredibly honest and transparent about my car’s issue, but they diagnosed and fixed the problem within just a couple of hours for a fraction of what I was originally quoted. These days, it’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, efficiency, and integrity the way this location does. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and ensure that my issue was resolved in the most efficient way. Thank you!

  I’ve been going to this location for years now and I always leave satisfied. I appreciate that they always take their time to explain things to me and offer me options. Thank you William for your kindness, patience and for explaining everything to me so I could make an educated decision.

  Jonathan helped me switch appointments when I had an emergency. He remembered the event and asked me about it. They care about the service you receive and make sure to explain anything that should be explained. While I waited I noticed the different conversations and they do care about safety, understand priorities and don't push extra unnecessary services. I plan to come back. Thank you Jonathan

  the whole team here was amazing! i went in with a nail in my tire and they immediately went to fixing it. unfortunately my car had a faulty starter and caught fire in the garage they quickly put it out and reassured me everything would be fixed by the time I got out of work. The make sure I got to work safely and when I got off of work at 4:30 my car was fixed and ready to go.
