  I went in looking for help. My dealership lost my wheel lock key and everywhere was telling me they couldn’t get to my tires without damaging them. I explained my situation to Jorge at the desk. He looked at my tire locks and went looking for the key and said he would recommend other places that could help if they couldn’t. He replaced them all with regular lug nuts so now I could get my tires rotated. He saved me hundreds of dollars and didn’t charge me a dime. They gained a regular customer today.

  love this mavis and tires location, this is my third time here. they're always reasonable and helpful with whatever ive got going on. big shoutout to roy and his team!

  This particular Mavis Tires and Brakes was the worst experience I've ever had with a tire shop. My Wife had an appointment for Thursday June 25th @ 4pm and upon her arrival they told her they see she had an appointment but they couldn't find the tire we ordered for our Silverado so she asked if they could patch the tire and they told her it was not repairable and I went to another tire shop yesterday and they had no trouble repairing the tire and putting it back on our truck so be careful when going to Mavis but it appears to me that they were trying to sell a much more expensive tire because they didn't have the one I ordered but they offered her to buy a tire that was much more expensive. I will never be taking our Silverado to Mavis Tire and Brakes again

  I had a great experience 🤝🏻👍🏻 My car had a vibration when braking, and the team fixed the issue by replacing the brake pads and rotors. They also performed a tire rotation and wheel balancing, and my car now drives smoothly. Special thanks to Jorge for his excellent customer service and to Christian for the quality of his work. Both were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes for their outstanding service and attention to detail! 10/10

  The wonderful gentlemen of Mavis helped me diagnose my brake pad level and helped me determine that I didn’t need brakes! Instead of trying to upsell me, they helped me save some money! They also helped me fix a headlight that suddenly went out. This was all done in a very timely manner and with a very kind attitude and I thank them very much for that!
