Not really sure I understand the concept of this place. Cons: Prices not listed online, and WITH a coupon for 20$ off it’s still more than any other oil change for full synthetic Same level of service as a take 5 type of place but took about 30 minutes somehow The usual upsell attempts you have to turn down Filled my wiper fluid reservoir with water… I always use rainex so just a huge inconvenience. Not sure why we’re doing this without asking first. Pros: Left the car interior so dirty that we were forced to clean it. Oil smeared all over the seats, steering wheel, door card…

Went in for an oil change with my Genesis after finding a $20 coupon in a magazine. Chris, the GM was incredibly knowledgeable and completely thorough. He made sure to explain everything in great detail as well as giving me advice for the future care of my vehicle. The customer service was next to none and I’ll definitely be back to give him my future business.
