I'm in a challenging situation and Malachi and his team were amazing with assisting with a Rental especially after the customer service representative misinformed me about deposit information. Brandon is the one who helped me find the cheapest car on the lot. When calling due to a missed extension I spoke with Kurt who was absolutely amazing with helping me extend my extension further. They are absolutely wonderful and helpful. I can also say the respect, customer service, wait time, as well as the professionalism was outstanding. This was also my first time going through the rental process and would 100% recommend this location for first stop if you want understanding and compromising staff.

- NKNikki KingMay 29, 20261.0First let me start by saying enterprise on Fairbanks winter park is the worst what I don't understand is if you reserve a vehicle why are they telling you they dont have what you reserve so I had family coming in town for the memorial weekend and I order a SUV so we all can be comfortable when I get to enterprise they told me they dont have the SUV I reserve but they can put me in a car hello if I wanted a car I would of reserve a car second of all he told me he would call me as soon as a SUV comes in still no call from the guy who give me the car or any of them these people a big liars than they had to nerves to ask me how was my experience when I told them someone said again they call me no one call again not even a manger enterprise is the worst and they use to be #1 now theyre liars i will never rent from again because you never get what you reserve period
