  Rent cars several times a month from the Fairbanks location for the past two years and not once received the car I requested when making a reservation, end up settling for whatever I can get or else wait an hour for a vehicle like I have on multiple occasions prior. 100% of the time, something is wrong from dings to major dents, scratches/chips in the paint, unclean with burn holes and smells of smoke. Recently, I reserved a full size car (nissan altima) which they didnt have and was given a mini van as that was my only option. I live less than 2 miles away and could not pull into my driveway because the van had no traction, after getting out to inspect I noticed only one out of four tires had a tire cap and the PSI on the rear tires was off, like dangerously off. The heat index was 108 that day with thunderstorms in the afternoon so if I would have went on I-4 to Cocoa Beach as planned, I would have lost control and crashed. I returned back to enterprise where I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for this issue to be resolved because this location is beyond under staffed and typically only two employees frantically attempt to handle the jobs meant for five people. Taylor always has great customer service but others have tried to hassle me into paying more money and will make comments like we know it was you who put this dent here or oh, youre really not gonna get the extra protection, but that helps pay my salary. Why would I pay extra for enterprise insurance when I have my own personal coverage and the car looks beat up inside and out? Now I am paranoid and take precautions when renting - I literally do my own walk around taking motion photos of every car I rent just in case I am accused of damage. NEVER again will I spend another dollar here because the single pro of this place being around the corner from my house does not make up for all of the cons.

  I had a wonderful experience with this Enterprise in Winter Park. Taylor, the Branch Manager, was great. The rental process was easy and smooth, and the car worked perfectly! Thank you Enterprise!

  My experience with Enterprise was wonderful. Malaki and Taylor went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made the rental process quick and convenient. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Their customer service truly stood out, and I’m very grateful for all of their assistance. I would happily rent from this location again!

  The Rental Transaction was quick and easy. The staff at the W Fairbanks location in Winter Park were very professional and friendly.. Will definitely be renting from them again.

  Last week I rented a car it ,and just parked it at the house until needed. When I got into the car preparing to use a light flashed in the dasboard!!! Immediately I called Enterprise but the location had not opened as of then. Once they were I spoke to kindest rep he advised me to come in and swap which I did. I absolutely love this location its right in Winter Park which is close to everything and guess what they are open on Sunday. For years I used Budget but no longer. On a side note I thought I had lost my wallet and they found it am going to pick up,which was my mom's before she passed away.
