  BEWARE! They will charge your credit card then auto renew every month...good luck trying to stop it. I went on their website and attempted both methods to access my account, tried my phone number and tried my license plate number...ha! Neither worked! They make it virtually impossible to cancel. I thought to myself, well maybe I will call them...nope! Of course they don't answer their phones. Then I thought...I will leave a message for them to call me back...nope! They don't allow you to leave a message. It is so obvious Caliber wants to make it very difficult to cancel so they can continue to money grab every month. I visited the Winter Park location and I think the manager was a little embarrassed when he went on the app to show me how easy it is to cancel, and he couldn't cancel using my info either. He managed to access their system softeware to finally cancel my supposed membership and then proceeded to offer me only one month credit. The manager said if I wanted more, I would need to dispute my credit card. That's a great idea! Let's see if they fight me on my dispute. Know what you're getting into folks when you give a credit card at Caliber Car Wash on Aloma.

  I have visited the site many times and honestly I am always pleased with the good service and quality they offer, I would not change it for anything, I love how my car always looks and the excellent treatment of Mrs. Anet and Brayan 🙏🏻 thank you very much
