  Let me start off by saying I’m huge on getting the perfect car wash and I found my spot! Caliber Car wash on Aloma Ave, Winter Park! And what makes it a great and awesome experience is a gentleman names Philip! He’s one of the managers, and he delivers the best customer service I’ve ever had!!!! His personality and service is well beyond and above that I’ve ever dealt with before!!!! It’s a pleasure to roll up to the gate and see him! He’s the best and should be recognized!! My wife and I are customers forever!!!! Keep up the great work to Phil and his crew!!

  Never again. I paid for the $30 Caliber Wash, the most expensive wash they offer. When I came out, my hood and grille still had bugs and dirt on them, and my wheels were still filthy. I asked Philip, the manager, if I could go through again since the car was clearly not clean. He immediately became defensive. During my second pass, I noticed the wash cycle was different and checked the screen as I entered it said “Ceramic Wash,” not the Caliber Wash I had paid for. When I pointed this out, Philip and another manager argued with me and rudely insisted I didn’t know what I was talking about. After several minutes, they let me go through again. This time, the screen clearly displayed “Caliber Wash.” The car wasn’t properly cleaned, I was given the wrong wash, and management chose to argue rather than help. Very disappointing experience.

  Guy pushed me to try to get the membership, I told him no and he kept trying, i understand the hustle but when I say no please don’t push. Also they brushed every car in front of mine before going into the tunnel but then when it came to my turn which I know I have bugs up front which is why I came he just didn’t brush it. I love this car wash as it’s better than misters but maybe less attitude when I decline a membership.

  Place needs to up their quality of wash. 30 dollar wash, the car looks like it was rained on. You pull up, and they’re like hawks at the machine trying to get a membership out of you. I am good, last time for me, better car washes out there for price & quality.
