  With gas nearly $5 a gallon for 93 octane they cap it at $75. Makes no sense. I'll find somewhere else that actually wants my money.

  Dirty and unkempt. Employees with attitude and yogurt dispensers all watery and running with the binds for toppings mostly empty AVOID THIS GAS STATION

  Every weekend they are out of popular fountain drinks like Pepsi. You would think if they run out every weekend then the manager would know to order more then they normally do but no, they run out every single weekend in Saturday.

  I have become increasingly disappointed with the customer service provided by a couple of employees at this RaceTrac location, particularly one female employee whose interactions with me have repeatedly made me feel unwelcome. Yesterday afternoon I stopped in for coffee after learning that RaceTrac had expanded its ID.me verified discounts to include teachers and military, in addition to first responders. I showed the employee the information in my RaceTrac app, since it does not appear directly under the regular RaceTrac Rewards section. Rather than looking into it or offering assistance, she and another male employee immediately dismissed my question, repeatedly saying they had never heard of it and ending the conversation with a curt, "Bye now." Their tone came across as rude and dismissive. I ultimately purchased the coffee anyway. I have been a loyal customer of this store for years. I purchase gasoline here several times each week, buy cigarettes regularly, often purchase pizza, and more recently have become a frequent customer of the frozen yogurt station. Unfortunately, this has not been an isolated experience. A few days ago, most of the frozen yogurt dispensers were marked with "out of order" signs, but the first machine had no sign. Assuming it was available, I began to use it when the same employee loudly called across the store that it was broken and accused me of removing the sign. The following day, management had placed a much clearer sign explaining that the yogurt would be returning soon, confirming that the earlier signage had been inadequate. On another visit, I purchased three slices of pizza and was charged $3.52 per slice, which also surprised me. What concerns me most is not a single misunderstanding but what feels like a consistent pattern of dismissive and unfriendly treatment. Even after I previously apologized for an earlier misunderstanding, the interactions have remained unnecessarily hostile. To be fair, there are several employees at this location who are friendly, professional, and provide excellent customer service. They deserve recognition because they make customers feel welcome. Unfortunately, because of these repeated negative interactions, I no longer feel comfortable shopping at this location and will be taking my business elsewhere. As a former teacher, I was especially disappointed by how my question regarding the ID.me teacher benefit was handled. I had hoped for a courteous explanation or someone willing to verify the program rather than simply dismissing me. I hope management reviews this situation and reminds all employees that professionalism and respectful customer service are essential parts of representing the RaceTrac brand.
