  What a unique Auto Repair Shop Johnny's Automotive is! Just called in for my air conditioner which abruptly stopped working, and I was able to bring my car in the very same day within hours! And my 2003 Toyota Corolla was fixed in just a little over an hour, something I never expected! Plus it is running like a new car again! This is an outstanding company, one of integrity, workers who are professional, efficient, pleasant and kind. What a total pleasure it was taking my car to this very unique and special Car Repair Shop. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for excellent repairs with an equally excellent team of workers! This was a great experience!

  Usually my husband is the one that takes our vehicles to be serviced. But on that particular day I had to take it.Going to auto shops gives me anxiety because from experience they bring you a list of “issues”. I needed a service B on my Mercedes GLA350, which later turned into needing new brake pads. They were so throughout and kind during the entire process. By choice, I spent hours in the lobby doing some work on my lap top. They offered a complimentary ride to any place that I wanted to go, even a loaner car if I decided to go home. The lobby was actually calm with plenty of snacks and refreshments. The gentleman that ran the front of the counter were extremely nice and respectful. Once the car was complete, I had 4 purple roses on my dashboard (This was right before Mother’s Day weekend) Such a kind gesture! My family will be using their services in the future. I’m recommending them to everyone :)

  Thrilled with the service received, from the initial call to Jeffrey who had top notch customer service, to the fact that I anticipated having to spend a few $100 to fix a loud noise coming from front end suspension but it ended up only being a magnetic ball that I had dropped in the hood while working on something previously. The honesty is extremely commendable! This is the place to go for all of your automotive needs!

  Took my Type R today here for service, and the atmosphere—great conversations with another Type R owner—mixed with the level of professionalism these guys have far exceeded my expectations. For me, I’m very particular about who services my vehicle. I will be coming back to them no matter what vehicle I have. Johnny Automotive to me in my opinion in Polk County is the gold standard in automotive services.

  This Winter Haven location charged my brother 500.00 and didn't even fix the problem he went in for. They said they did other stuff which I'm sure he didn't even need to have done. You know what they said to him...they told him to go to another Johnny's Automotive location, unbelievable. Don't go to any Johnny's Automotive locations!!! All they will do is rip you off and waste your time
