  I’ve rented vehicles from many rental companies over the years, and the biggest frustrations are usually poor communication and arriving to find that the vehicle you reserved isn’t actually available. This experience at Enterprise completely changed those expectations. Jesus and Spencer provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. Communication was outstanding, they kept us informed throughout the entire process, especially while the Jeep we reserved was undergoing a manufacturer recall repair. This was actually our second attempt at renting a Jeep, and Jesus went above and beyond to organize everything and make sure it finally happened. The vehicle was ready exactly when promised, and every detail was handled with professionalism and care. What impressed me most was how genuinely invested Jesus was in making sure we had the experience we were hoping for. He understood how important it was for my partner to finally test drive her dream vehicle, and thanks to his dedication, we were able to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. That level of customer care is rare. Jesus demonstrates excellent organization, communication, accountability, and a true growth mindset. Enterprise is fortunate to have an employee like him, and I sincerely hope his efforts are recognized because he represents the company exceptionally well. Experiences like this build long-term customer loyalty. We’ll gladly return to the Enterprise location on Havendale for all of our future rental needs, and we hope Jesus is there to help us again. As the saying goes, “People may forget what you said, but they’ll never forget how you made them feel.” Thank you, Jesus, for your outstanding service, prompt communication, and for making this such a memorable experience.

  We had the best rental experience. Jesus Not only It took amazing care of us, but he was also able to give us an upgrade to an awesome Pacifica. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable, and we felt very confident that we were going to have a great vacation because of this rental. Also, when we came back a week later to turn in the vehicle, it was such a smooth process! I did not even know this place existed in Winter Haven, but I will now only wrench from them! Thanks again Jesus and the Enterprise team!

  From the moment we arrived to pick up our vehicle, Jesus made us feel welcome. He greeted us right away, let us know he’d be with us shortly, and even kept us updated while finishing with the customer ahead of us. When it was our turn, he walked us through the vehicle and explained everything thoroughly. He was super nice, friendly, courteous, and professional. You can tell he really knows his job and genuinely enjoys helping people. Excellent customer service! We’ll definitely be using this location again.
