  From the moment we arrived to pick up our vehicle, Jesus made us feel welcome. He greeted us right away, let us know he’d be with us shortly, and even kept us updated while finishing with the customer ahead of us. When it was our turn, he walked us through the vehicle and explained everything thoroughly. He was super nice, friendly, courteous, and professional. You can tell he really knows his job and genuinely enjoys helping people. Excellent customer service! We’ll definitely be using this location again.   Booked a car for the weekend at winter haven location. Was told they ran out of cars a few hours before I was supposed to pick up the rental. Called Lakeland and was told that they had vehicles... only to be told that after pickup time that they also ran out of cars. No remedy for a problem Enterprise caused. No option offered besides "maybe later a car would turn up later in the day. What is the point of a reservation. Big thanks to Enterprise for almost sabotaging the weekend. I'm lucky we had a backup transportation plan since this isn't the first time I have been screwed over by this company.
