He charged an unauthorized $300.00 , claiming the damaged happen during my rental time. A. I dont understand why $300.00??See the damage in the pic . I wonder how often they charge a damage fee for the same damage to customers... B. Why is he so ignorant and dismisses my picture and fact tht I have proof! C. I want an updated invoice reflecting NO DAMAGE FEE! NEVER GO TO Winter Haven, Cypress Garden Blvd !!
- EBEricka BaltodanoJun 16, 20261.0This location is horrible. I set the reservation days in advance. I arrived ahead of my reservation time and saw a lobby with 4 people. I was told to wait, while the front desk went outside, super strange that they don't have enough employees. After waiting for 25mins I was finally helped to be told that they don't have a car for me. I don't understand the point of the reservation system they have. Then can the condescending attitude from the lightskin staff member: what am I supposed to do my one appear out of thin air. I look behind me and all these 4 people are in the situation got a reservation but no car. The front desk refused to call another location to see if the car was available or anything. Apparently I was suppose to get a call letting me know when a car was available but after several days, i know that call was not coming. I hope corporate or at least the manager looks into these issues. You should not waste people time like this!!!
