  We called the day before picking up our rental to make sure all was set for a 330 pickup time. We show up to find out that the rental was not ready and the location we set up for pick up did not have what we ordered. We had to drive to another location to get our van putting us almost 2 hours behind. And it was a great van would have been nice to have a full tank. Just real disappointed. Then I get a text saying it was due at 330 when I didn’t pick up till 500. I called the office which took 2 phone calls on hold for over an hour.

  They left out the per day insurance charge, and you KNOW you need it! Surprise add on after being picked up, I had no where to turn but go through with it. Stop manipulating single females! Especially the OLD ones!

  I always use Enterprise but not anymore for this location. They let me wait for my car, manager told me I can return the car half full because of the wait. He even told the girl showing me the car that I can return it as such. Returned the car 3 quarters full, then they charged me because of that. I called the office to remind them of the agreement, Not in their record they said. Emailed the company, no response. It is not the money, it is the principle. Customer service at its best!

  If I could give a big fat zero I would!! I have planned this trip for a month. Booked the vehicle a week ago. Leaving at 4 a.m. in the morning so I have to pick up vehicle today. I was picking up my grandson from NC to bring him to FL to stay with his Nana for the week...for his birthday. Thats all he wanted for his 16th birthday was to come see me. I get a call this morning telling me that the Chrysler Pacifica isn't going to be available...they are overbooked. Would another vehicle do? I tell them no...because I am also bringing back a few large items and need the space. Well...they have no vans there... they have 2.coming in. .at some point...and have over 15 reservations for the vans 🤣🤣🤣. I asked about a pick up truck. Well ma'am we always make sure ppl understand that the truck has no cover on the back of it. I say that its fine, I will just take a pick up. Guess what? They dont have any. 🤣🤣🤣. So I now decide that the most important thing is getting my grandson, so I ask what cars they have available. Guess what? NONE. They have NOTHING. They have 2 cars coming in at 9 and it will basically be on a first come first served basis. Very reminiscent of when I still lived in NC and my son and his family were coming up from Florida for Thanksgiving. They arrive to pick their car up and guess what? No car. No nothing. No time to do anything... and they couldnt come. How in the world do you let this happen?? And NO compensation to the ppl that you have ruined their plans. No discount on the next rental... if they even trusted you to try again. Not a happy camper here. (Photo is me. Sitting in my house... NOT on my way to pick up my grandson)
