  They did nothing but change the oil. Never checked any other levels or tire pressure. I guess they think women know nothing.

  Have been coming here for past year, always had great service. Recently I have been trying to get oil change for 2 weeks and my schedule wouldn’t allow it. I finally had a day to pull in at 6:41pm and a service Tech I have never seen gave me the meanest dirtiest look and blocked me because he didn’t want me to come in. I would never be that guy to come last minute but I really needed it. However, I would never let someone that rude and disrespectful work on my truck. They could have at least gave me respect to come and speak to me. I drove off and they lost a customer forever. A shame.

  Was in a pinch to get an oil change on a road trip. This ended up being a trip to my dealership because they did not insert the skid plate back in correctly causing it to drag on the highway. I was in the middle of no where and still had 2 more hours of my road trip to go. This ended up turning into having to call triple A and getting my car towed 2 hours in the opposite direction of where I was supposed to be going at 8pm on a Friday night. I will never be returning to this facility. This was my first but will also be my last time ever going to a Valvoline.

  I have been coming here literally for years! This time Don and Pierce took really great care of me today. I added a few services on top of my regular oil change on my Durango! Great service and speedy and on time! Cheers guys
