  This afternoon I went to this shop to have a T165/90D17 105M temporary spare tire mounted on a wheel. The front desk staff was very polite and initially told me they would be happy to help. However, a few minutes later they came back and said the manager told them to send me to the dealership because they do not provide that type of service. My question is: isn’t this supposed to be a tire shop? I don’t understand why they would refuse to mount a temporary spare tire on a wheel, especially when this seems like such a basic service for a business that specializes in tires. Very disappointed with this experience.

  Wonderful service! I had a nail in my tire Saturday afternoon. Mike told me to come in and they would fit me in. It’s nearly impossible to get in same day on a Saturday, but they did not even hesitate. Work was done quickly and everyone was super kind and helpful. This is our go-to from now on!!!

  Tant went above and beyond to help me determine what kind of head light I needed to purchase to replace the in my car that was burnt out. He took the time to walk to the parking lot with me and show me how unscrewed it and check the bulb type. I was able to purchase a replacement and bring it back and Tant installed the new bulb and disposed of the old one for me. The whole exchange was less than 20 minutes of his time and I had no appointment for their very busy location. I am extremely appreciative of his incredible service and teaching me how to do it for the next time one of my headlights goes out. He was so patient in his explanation of literally changing a lightbulb (lol) and saved me so much time. I cannot recommend this location enough. When you’re at this Mavis Tires and Brakes ask for Tant.

  If you're looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and efficient team to help you with your vehicle needs then look no further than these guys right here. They gave me some the best customer service that I've had in a long time. I brought my car in for an oil change and they offered a free inspection on my vehicle to help keep me informed and updated on any other services my car may need. They even took me out to the garage and showed me each item they spoke about and showed me the comparison of a healthy shock and cv axle versus damaged ones that I had. They also helped with payment plans to help make things easier in my wallet. Overall, this is my new place to have all my vehicles taken care of at. Thank you to this great team and store for all their help.

  This place is GREAT. Been coming here for years! One of the first tire/auto shops I've been to where the mechanics are 100% honest and care not just about your car but your wallet too. I've been working with Mike there for years, and Tant in the shop is an amazing mechanic. We live in a new build neighborhood and get nails in our tires all the time. Not only have they done an excellent job on new tires when I needed them, but they always try to patch as much as they can before selling me a new tire. I've gotten oil changes and other regular maintenance done here and am always satisfied with their work, service, and prices. I will continue to go back here as long as people like Mike and Tant are there!
