  Made an appointment for 2pm for a flat tire, came in at 1.50 to check in, they told me they couldn’t find my appointment and that they wouldn’t honor it even if it was made. They made me wait until they closed at 6pm before they touched my car, even after taking walk ins and helping them with their cars. Only came back to this location because this is where I purchased the tires. Will not be returning to this location due to lack of service and accountability.

  Luis provided amazing service from start to finish! He was professional, friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and his customer service was truly outstanding. I really appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail. I highly recommend Luis and will definitely be back. Thank you for the excellent service!

  Poor communication and lack of professionalism!!!!. I will not be taking my vehicles there No More!!!! It's not the first time an issue has come up. I regret taking my vehicles there!!!! Called yesterday to get an oil change (06/26) on a Friday early. They said not today bring it in tomorrow. They said bring it early morning tomorrow (Saturday). I brought it in at 9:30 a.m.... Called about 1:30 p.m.... they said it will be ready by 5:p.m. Why does it take 8 hours for an oil change. Something that takes 30 minutes!. I called up and asked the same question. They said they were very busy and I could possibly reschedule. Also the front end associate said he should have mentioned it will take 8 hours.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this Mavis on June 24th. My daughter brought our Audi A3 in around 9:40–10:00 AM for a wheel alignment service. The shop was busy, and they asked her to leave the vehicle there, assuring her that the service would be completed by the end of the day. Since the shop closes at 6 PM and nobody contacted us with any updates, she went back around 5:30–5:40 PM to pick up the car. When she arrived, we found out that nothing had been done. What made the situation even worse was that the employee was dishonest and claimed they had tried calling her several times but couldn’t reach her. That was simply not true she had her phone with her the entire day, had no missed calls from Mavis, and received no voicemail or messages. Because of this, we were without the car for the entire day. She had to pay for Uber transportation to leave the shop and come back later, creating unnecessary expenses and wasting our time. If they had been upfront and told us they wouldn’t be able to complete the work, we could have taken the vehicle somewhere else. This was not a cheap service either the alignment was going to cost around $166. The biggest issue was not only that the service was never completed, but also the lack of communication, honesty, and respect for the customer’s time. We are extremely disappointed with this experience at Mavis in Hamlin and hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve their customer service.

  We have been to this place many times in recent months for flat tires. Every time we have come, they have been nothing but professional and helpful. I really do enjoy working with their front office staff. They are genuinely kind people that want to make sure people have the highest quality fix for the problem at hand. I have done full tire replacement sets, to patches here. Every time it's done with speed and the care I would put it if I was doing the work myself. Whether you are a local to the area or have an issue traveling down the highway out by Disney, there is no other place I would recommend to take your car to get you back on the road quickly and safely.
