  You owe it to yourself to check this place out first! This was my 5th time I’ve purchased an RV and by far my best experience. The entire team was friendly and worked together!

  My experience with General RV Center in Winter Haven, FL was excellent. Gus was my sales associate and he was great to work with. As an avid RV’er himself, he was able to point out the many advantages to each make and model, which enabled me to sort out the obvious choice for my needs and expectations. The whole team there was exceptional. A special mention to Samantha, who provided a walkthrough of the Brinkley 265 that was thorough and informative. Overall, I have no complaints and would buy there again without reservation.

  I brought my 40 ft Newmar Ventana in for service. CHAZ was knowledgeable and took care of all my service needs. He was very professional, and had great communication throughout the process. I would definitely feel comfortable bringing my RV back here for service. Until then, I’m off to the next adventure!

  We had a wonderful experience at General RV Center in Winter Garden. We went to see a camper that we had wanted to buy for a long time. Starting with the salesperson, Andy, who was very helpful in showing us the camper—they had us come back a few days later so we could learn how everything works, since this is our first time having this experience. Jason (thank you for your time) was our guide, and let me tell you, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. The rest of the staff was also kind, and we feel very grateful that they helped us with the purchase of our first camper. We are very excited and ready to create memories with our family.
