  We bought a brand new class B Thor Scope 18M. First trip out it the generator would bot stay running. Plus some cosmeti e issues we found of course after delivery. Brought it to General RV (company we bought it from) to get it repaired. It took almost 2 months to have it repaired because Thor and General RV going back and forth to authorize warranty. On a brand new unit!!!. We missed a 50th high school reunion and 2 family get togethers because they took so long. We were informed many times it was in work but was not. They tell you what you want to hear but not the truth in our case. We were misled and expected it to be ready for the trip but never was. We should have went to a private builder and purchased a custom van.

  My appointment at General Rv in Winter Garden went flawlessly. I was checked in immediately and did a walk around inspection of my motorhome with Claudia Clarke my service advisor. Claudia explained the process and said she would keep me posted on my RV’s progress and their technicians findings. When the cause of my issue was found, I was informed on how the request for warranty service would proceed with a projected timeline for when I would possibly get results. To my amazement I received a call the very next day from Claudia to tell me my warranty request was approved and when parts would be placed on order to correct the issue and any follow-on appointments needed. I must say, I have never been more pleased about the attention, transparency and professionalism I received. With many of the issues I have had in the past regarding my Navion, Claudia went above and beyond to update me on the progress of my repair and showed genuine appreciation for my plight. I left the facility feeling positive knowing a plan was in place to rectify my situation. The fact I received a call the next day from Claudia with the results of the warranty request and having a follow-on schedule of repairs was very comforting. With my past visits to other RV service departments with varying results, Claudia was exceptional in eliminating my fears and concerns. The service facility was ultra modern and pristine and the people there are friendly and professional. Because of the respect and attention to detail I received from Claudia, I will continue to utilize the service department at General RV in the Winter Garden for all of my RV service needs.   Worst experience I have ever had at an RV dealership. The salesman did not know anything about the rvs. We knew more about rvs than he did. We were more knowledge than the sales rep. And if you do go there, make sure that you don't get the sales man that I did. His name was Frank. And if you do go there, I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Working with Frankie at General RV in Winter Garden was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. ​Buying an RV can often feel overwhelming, but Frankie made the entire process truly enjoyable. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed, answered all of our questions without any pressure, and ensured everything went smoothly.   I had an exceptional experience working with Gibson at General RV in Orlando. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the RV options he showed me and how clearly he explained the financing, credit approval process, requirements, and everything I would need to move forward. He took the time to answer my questions and made the entire experience easy and comfortable, without any pressure. The customer service was truly outstanding from beginning to end. I left very satisfied with the information and options he provided, and there is a 100% chance that I will come back to General RV to close the deal with Gibson. Highly recommended! Excellent service and a great experience overall.
