  Best car rental company ever (this location in particular). No issues, great car, amazing staff. Tyler in particular is THEE BOMB! The entire team is personable, really sweet, and super helpful. Give these people a pay raise!

  I visited this Enterprise location to pick up a rental vehicle that had been arranged through my insurance after my personal vehicle was damaged in an accident. Instead, I was left without transportation. I presented my Florida Temporary Driving Permit, which was issued by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles while I await my permanent driver’s license. The staff informed me they could not rent to me because the document says “permit” instead of “license.” The matter was escalated to the Area Manager, Shane, who upheld the decision and advised that Enterprise could not rent to me. What I found most disappointing was that there appeared to be no effort to evaluate the document as a whole or exercise the discretion described in Enterprise’s published policy. Instead, the decision appeared to be based solely on the word “permit,” despite the document clearly identifying my Driver License Number, License Class: E, issue date, expiration date, and that it was issued by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Division of Motorist Services. Ironically, the document was rejected because it uses the word “permit,” even though it is the very credential issued by the State of Florida that permits me to legally operate a motor vehicle while awaiting my permanent driver’s license. Enterprise’s published policy states that temporary driver’s licenses may be refused if the location is unable to verify the customer’s identity or the authenticity of the temporary license. I was willing to provide additional government-issued identification, including my U.S. passport, yet there did not appear to be any attempt to verify my identity or evaluate the credential beyond its title. As someone already dealing with the aftermath of an accident, this experience added unnecessary stress and left me without the insurance replacement transportation I was expecting. I hope Enterprise provides additional training regarding Florida’s temporary driver’s credentials and ensures its published policy is applied consistently so that future customers receive a thoughtful review of their documentation rather than an automatic denial based on a single word.

  Thier reservation system is terrible. They make you an appointment for 9am for you to sit there 2hrs and not get a car due to inventory. They reschedule two days later for the same exact thing to happen. Who's coordinating this place? Whoever it is, is absolutely terrible at their job. Worse company and worse customer service

  This location of Enterprise by far is my favorite. When I arrived there was quite a few customers and Tyler handled us all quickly and efficiently , while answering the phones as well! Excellent customer service ! Followed up with an email letting us know if there was anything we needed how to get a hold of him. Now that’s customer service you just don’t see anymore.

  We highly recommend Enterprise in Winter Garden. Make sure to ask for (Tyler Butler) or (Berry Jewell ). Words are not enough to describe the great service we had especially when Mr. Butler or Mr. Jewell are the ones that helped with the rental. They are very professional and knowledgeable. With them customer service is top notch. Thanks again guys for the best service ever. We had the best experiences with Enterprise the Winter Garden location. They make renting very easy and he has a great and knowledgeable customer Service skills. My husband's have always been pleased with the service he received from them at the Winter Garden Branch. #GREATTEAM
