  Made an actual appointment to pick up a car for an insurance rental 2 weeks in advance. And confirmed with a pickup time 4 days ahead… arrived to a 30 minute line, followed by an estimated over an hour wait for a car.

  Good morning, Today May 13, 2026, my wife and I went to Enterprise Car Rental at the Winter Garden location to picked up a minivan reservation. A minivan was not available and in exchange we got a full SUV (Ford Expedition) it is a 2024 with 60,000 miles, belt squeaking sound and lot of smoke at start up ( I was told it was condensation) At this point no other option and my wife felt little intimidated by the size of the vehicle. For her not in option to drive back my vehicle as I drive a Ford F350 Dully (even larger), no big deal, she just had to set mirrors and seat. I jumped on my truck and proceeded to exit the parking lot when I saw she is having a little issue, so I stopped in your limited parking area and put my hazard lights on when I car behind me gets very closed and with no signal lights start honking at me. Thinking is a customer leaving I moved enough to give clearance and signaled him to pass as I wanted to check on my girlfriend. This time the same person behind started honking more aggressively, I moved again to find out this drama was caused by an employee named Lucas from my understanding. I approached Lucas and told him, “Next time if you use your signal lights, I could have understood your intentions” while he replied “next time don’t park or blocked the parking” (remember at this location the parking is limited), I reminded him that I was a customer waiting on my wife and that I could report his behavior. Lucas then replied while very frustrated, “report me then, I don’t care, you are not to be here at a service area” and tried slamming the door of the car he was driving at me, I stopped the door and told him to next time learn to drive a car and used signals and again with attitude he told me to get out of the area that he didn’t care, that is when I lost it and told him F.U. and went inside to report him. With all this been said, I am quite disappointed of getting a replacement vehicle for the minivan that had already a squeaking sound on the motor. And to had to deal with an employee with nasty attitude right before 8:30am making it the worse car experience ever in my life. This complaint will be reaching to corporate as same to any customer survey and also will be included with a 1-star review in Google and the BBB. The employee behavior was unacceptable and now came with consequences. Carlos Emmanuelli

  I rent here regularly and the service is always fantastic- Barry is a pleasure to work with and Tyler is always the consummate professional. Highly recommended

  Sat in lobby for over 2 hours with a reservation waiting for a car. Watched half a dozen people give up who also had a reservation. Don’t book here if you actually want to receive a car. Reservations mean nothing. It is just a miracle is something shows up.

  Friendly efficient staff, clean and comfortable vehicle. Recommend that vehicle features should be reviewed and understood prior to driving.
