  I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone location. My car battery died and I was stranded right in front of the store, but the staff refused to help me with a simple jump start. I understand policies may exist, but the lack of empathy and customer service was shocking. I felt completely abandoned in a stressful situation. Definitely the worst customer service I’ve experienced, and I will never return to this store again

  I want to give Hector a huge shout out! My family and I were on vacation and our AC stopped working in our car. We had a 6 hour drive ahead of us with our two year old sweating in the car. Hector helped me figure out the correct refrigerant my car needed and then also went out of his way to not only help me charge my car but teach me how to do it in the future! It was super busy at this time and he still went out of his way to help me and my family. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with Autozone thanks to Hector. Because of him we were able to make it home comfortably and cool.

  The staff were very nice and helpful :), awesome time, helped with installation, and i even learned more about cars. very great!

  I walked in with my daughter and no one greeted us or asked if we needed help. We didn’t know where the rear brake light bulb would be, and the men working in the store, with only one customer, were standing behind the counter and paid us no mind. We had to track down a worker to ask if we had the correct bulb. He said they would have to check on the computer and then walked away and started doing something else. We got in line and the same gentleman said he could help us. He asked what kind of car and said “this should be the right one.” I said if it’s not could we exchange it … he said “ i guess we would have to see.” Very unprofessional, unhelpful and rude workers in the store. And if you’re a person who doesn’t know anything about cars or car parts good luck, no one there wants to help.

  Nick R and Justin L were great and helped me change my battery right before they closed. They were very helpful and kind.
